“i went to this location and was met with a lovely lady named chrissy. she helped me with everything i needed and made sure my drink was perfect. what i did not appreciate was the person in the black shirt. looked like she was in charge. i noticed she was yelling at ppl and i don’t think that is an ok work environment for workers.chrissy was a 10/10 and i will return to have her serve me again“

Most of the workers are really friendly besides their grimey, scary looking manager who obviously hates her job but the workers make my drink right almost everytime.I seen this older worker get screamed at to spray bagel pans at 8:27 in the morning. “They did my coffee perfectly twice. Can't get any better than that. Didn't get any bad vibes. Google maps had the business listed to close at 8pm but they close at 7 and I was there after 7pm and was told politely that the business had to close the lobby. Thank you!“

“Confused by the bad reviews. This Dunks has a very pleasant team, the coffee is always good, the restaurant is clean, and the service is quick. I travel a lot for work, so I stop by many many Dunkin’s throughout New England and can honestly say despite it being a tiny, in store set up, this is my favorite Dunks.“

“I only go to the drive-through, I can tell you don't get a Carmel macchiato at the end of the day, they always taste burnt. They either need to have an extra machine to use, so they can clean them out midday. I only get those in the am, when I know they’ll be the way I like them.“

“It was 5:15ish am and the staff welcomed me with smile. Took my order and prepared everything in less than 2min. Someone is preparing my coffee, another person is working on my hot sandwich and last one packs my donuts. All wish me good day and most importantly coffee was made exceptionally well today. Highly recommend this location.“
