“This is my go-to restaurant in Concord for special occasions. They're very good with allergies and avoiding cross contamination, and every dish I've had has been perfectly cooked (apart from the sashimi, LOL). It's a little pricey, but so is everything in Concord. My friends and family have enjoyed eating here as well.“

Before you come, check the schedule for the music hall next door: tables at Makiin might be full 90 minutes before showtime but availability is fine as soon as the show starts.“

“Tried the Khao Soi Chicken Noodle Bowl, and it's delicious. However, I deducted one star because the front staff (a young lady) seemed unhappy about my decision not to tip for a takeout order, which I drove 10 miles to pick up. Additionally, there were too many onions in the bowl; I had to discard them while eating. Furthermore, this is a takeout-only establishment, and they don't mention that anywhere. Otherwise, it’s a decent casual restaurant.“

“My husband and I were headed to dinner and our usual “ go to” was closed, so we decided try Seoul kitchen. My husband and I were beyond impressed from the service. “We really enjoyed our time at Nobo! We were out shopping up in NH and wanted to stop en route home (Cambridge, MA). I looked online and found Nobo. We sat at the bar and chatted with the owner and asked him to surprise us with some rolls - he did not disappoint! We also met his wife; they are both very kind and run a good establishment. I never thought I’d say “hey honey, let’s drive up to Chelmsford for sushi” but I’m pretty sure I’ll be saying that again soon. We plan to come back and support this nice restaurant with kind owners, good food, good service, lovely atmosphere.“

“Bulgogi... I'd never heard of it before, but I had to try it and not I'm addicted! The quality of the food combined with the amazing staff give me the confidence to try new things, like bibimbap, chicken katsu, their new sauce, and of course the bulgogi! The staff here are all super nice, not just one of two of them. After 5 visits I haven't ever had a negative experience. The fried chicken strips with seasoned fries and bulgogi are our go-to order and you simply can't go wrong trying other items. We try something new every time.

“Went here for lunch — the food was actually really good, and the place had a nice, quiet vibe with only a few other customers around. We spent about $74, and overall the meal itself was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the service really took away from the experience. The waitress was very rude and had a noticeable attitude the entire time. We ordered a lunch combo that included a salad, but it was never brought out. We also asked for straws with our drinks, and not only were we ignored the first time, but when we asked again, the waitress snapped back loudly with “I heard you.” Totally uncalled for and unprofessional. We still left a 14% tip out of respect — but honestly, it’s disappointing when good food is paired with that kind of treatment. 👀 A note to the owner: This is a people business. Good food alone isn’t enough — customers need to feel welcome and respected. Please keep an eye on your staff. A bad attitude at the front of house can ruin what could otherwise be a great dining experience.“
