“This place is awesome. The food is really good. I'm happy that they don't just serve eggs, bacon and sausage in the morning. I do not like breakfast food. This place actually has things I like in the breakfast time hour. AND THE SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!! The staff all seems to work as one unit. Everyone seems to know what the other is doing and exactly what the customer needs. AWESOME SERVICE...I wish I could give 10 stars for the service.“

We also had the dill biscuit Benedict I ordered poached hard but made a mistake on that could have used the yolk. Potatoes were tasty too. “Quality and availability of bagels in our area is not what it used to be but if you are looking for fresh delicious bagels in the Pittsfield, Mass area… I would choose Panera over other pink / orange logo establishments everyday. I would recommend the bakers dozen bagel pack which comes with two cream cheeses. You can order them pre-sliced or do it yourself. Our families favorites our the Cinnamon crunch, Asiago cheese, Blueberry, and Chocolate Chip…. ( They do have more flavor options ) The bagels are a quality size and they toast up in a traditional toaster or air fryer perfectly. They do have delivery through some delivery apps… but you can place a an order for pick up just as well for a quick pop in and grab.
