“Over the past 4 months or so I have called with various questions, mostly having to do with your chicken pies. Every time I have called the person who answered my call was able to answer my questions quickly and politely. I appreciate the efficient service as that seems to be a rarity these days. Thank you so much.“

“I am a huge fan of key lime pie and have sampled it at pretty much every opportunity. Each time, I find something that isn’t an A+. The crust is too grainy or crumbly, the bakery has added meringue (which I like on lemon but not lime), or—and this is the most common offender—there is entirely too much lime in the recipe. But the key lime pie I had at Caramel was exceptional in every possible way, especially in its balance of lime flavor. I didn’t try anything else there, so I can’t vouch for the macarons or other goodies, but if you love key lime pie, RUN to this bakery!“

I personally find the atmosphere a bit cold and bright and it could be cozier (although my wife wouldn't change it). Also, they quickly run out of stuff so you may not always get what you hoped for.“

“he best bakery ever! I have had everything from the cakes and cupcakes, to the quiche and chicken pot pie… and it’s ALL delicious! I highly recommend them for specialty cakes or cookies, as I feel they can do anything you want perfectly! If you like caramel delights, that is the best cupcake I’ve ever had! The cakes I’ve ordered from there are always moist, and delicious. The staff is so friendly as well! I got over 100 cookies made by them for my wedding for my seating chart and everyone raved about them! I just got my rainbow birthday cake from there and it’s sooooo cool! I highly recommend!“
