“In a city full of bakeries, Elm St stands out as my personal favorite. The new ownership who recently took over the business is absolutely hitting the mark! This may have been the most friendly experience I’ve ever had as a customer. As I entered the bakery, one of the employees was handing two bags of pastries to a customer, she then proceeded to briskly head to the door and hold it open as a courtesy to the customer, a gesture you don’t often see. As I browsed the incredible selection of bright colored pastries, the lady behind the counter introduced herself to me and started explaining some of the items. I ended up walking away with about 20 different pastries, and plan to come back to try more! Everything was excellently crafted and decorated. Highly recommend!!“
