“I'll start by saying that I've always loved the quality of food from Prime, especially the chicken fingers and beefs. Tonight however was pretty disappointing. We ordered a large pizza and some fingers, but when we opened the box all of the cheese and toppings were completely off the pizza, slid into the back of the box. Now, understanding that it's likely that it happened during delivery we called and asked for a new pizza and said we will give them back the disaster of grease and cheese we recieved. While we did get a new pie, which was DELICIOUS and how it normally comes, the delivery driver was extremely rude when he delivered it. He refused to take the food back, stating "I dont know what to tell you but I'm not taking it." Completely discourages me from ordering again, unless of course we skip the courtesy of delivery and pick it up ourselves.“

“We had our daughter’s bridal shower at the Bradford Tavern and it was spectacular! Dawn and Mackenzie were phenomenal. If we needed anything at all they got it for us. We’ve been picking our pizza usually but yesterday i felt like having it delivered and didn’t want to go out. I called for delivery at 2:30 yesterday and the young female owner said we don’t have a driver until 4:30. I said ok thank you and hung up. I was going to call back and go get it but I didn’t have a chance. The young woman called me back and said one of the cooks offered to deliver my order. So I placed it and he came. Best Roast Beef sandwich I’ve ever had. You could make three LARGE sandwiches with the generous portion of roast beef you get with a single sandwich at Maria’s!
Prices are very reasonable.
The owner was so nice he even gave my Bichon Frise a little plate of roast beef while we waited for our order to be prepared. All the employees I’ve encountered here are very friendly and professional.

“I'd been trying to find pizza I just craved since moving from Melrose to Stoneham 8 months ago. So far the leader is very good, but no delivery or open on Sunday. Then I saw a post from my favorite Petrones here and discovered that they'd deliver to me. 30 minutes later my pizza and a side of grilled chicken were on the way, ordered through the website and delivery app. A given time of 6:20 was exact! The driver came to my door like an old friend, in a clean Petrones golf shirt, even offering to bring it inside for me. Perfection! The crust was both crispy and chewy. With a unique slightly salty finish, which is delightful. Very generous toppings, well balanced across the pie. Their cheese blend is biteful yet has that long string satisfaction. I opted for alfredo over their signature red sauce and wasn't disappointed, although I'd like more garlicky taste--easily solved next time. The side of grilled & chopped chicken was very tasty and will be awesome on tomorrow's lunch salad. I was very pleased by the generous portion. I'm thrilled to have Petrones back on my speed dial. The ordering app was clunky although it did give real time updating. I think calling will be less annoying. Thanks for the great food. I knew they'd changed hands since I moved but the food quality was definitely unchanged! Yay“
