G offers fine dining in a casual setting. Our cocktails were first rate-I especially recommend the Smoky Punch, a Mexcal-based drink. Our food was excellent too: We shared the arincini and the beet salad, and had the eggplant entree. The chocolate soufflé dessert was a fine way to end our meal. Service was friendly and attentive too.
Lovely cozy spot, even on a rainy autumn evening. They feature unusual ingredients so ask a lot of questions before assuming that these are classic preperations. My friend did not enjoy her salad as it featured "chopped vegetables" which turned out to be chopped brocolli and cauliflour as opposed to the usual peppers, tomatoes, etc that you get in a salad. Place is cute but very loud. Food is good but expensive. I ordered a steak medium rare and it was undercooked - VERY rare. No big deal, I asked for it to be brought back and cooked a little more. It came back medium well if not well done. Seems like the chef was annoyed I sent it back. I couldn’t even eat it. $38 for a steak not cooked to my liking. I likely won’t be back
