“This place has become somewhat of a tradition in our family. We come to Massachusetts to visit my aunt and uncle and we reserve a few lanes for a couple of hours on Black Friday. They have a package deal which is a little expensive but the food keeps flowing and the service is pretty darn good. It was about $2,500. I believe they have other package deals. The one thing that upset us was that there was a $450 bar minimum. It's 11:00 in the morning! Don't get me wrong I enjoy a good bloody Mary in the morning but this is a family affair! Not to mention we have been going there for about 5 years now maybe longer and they still haven't cut us any type of a VIP deal. If you do the math I'm sure we've spent over $10,000 with them. Anyhow, the bowling's fun the food is good the service was good I would recommend this place for sure. I wish I had photos to share but it basically looks like any other bowling alley just nice and clean. Enjoy“

“Holy moly! Rainy first night in Boston staying up the way at the Commonwealth we visited the Kenmore. Nathan took great care of us. Solid pour at the bar. Can I say enough about the K Burger? Likely not other than the first bite blows your mind. Quality over everything else. Great spot, will be back tonight and tomorrow night looking for Sturgill Simpson fans.“

Plenty of television screens are scattered everywhere to catch live sports action, the ambiance has the young college crowd (being near Boston College), the music is moderate in volume and the menu has many excellent food options to choose from. The restaurant is divided into two floors – one downstairs section and one upstairs section – to allow for additional seating capacity. In the summer season, an outdoor seating patio on the second level gives patrons a great view of the traffic flow through Cleveland Circle. When my friend planned a going away dinner here, I reached out via email asking if it was possible for them to accommodate me. They wrote back an extremely kind response saying they were looking forward to hosting me- that really made my day. “What the menu lacks in variety, it makes up for in quality. We had the kebabs, chips & salsa and the chicken sandwich, and every single one blew away our expectations. Flavors were complex and robust, food perfectly prepared, and the worst part of the meal was when the decent portions were gone.

Service was fantastic. The atmosphere was exactly what we wanted after a 7.5hr car ride in dense New England traffic, and truly, this nerd-bar scratched every itch after a long, stressful day.“

“Food was pretty good service was good except for the door person who said I had to pay $10 (cash only) cover for the band and then after I dug $10 out of my wallet, let a party of 4 and a party of 2 in without paying since they only had cards and no cash. If I had known I would have lied about having cash or left. Band was pretty decent but music was beyond loud for a tiny place. I used airpods with ear protection and got a nice loud sound with no headache or ringing in my ear afterwards. Would recommend if you don't take cash and can get in for free. Food was good and fries where some of the best I have had recently. Hot fresh and crisp. Value is lost though if you tack on a $10 cover.“

“Second time here within 6 months. Last time they were good and I vowed I would give them another try. Last time there was no table service, I sat at the counter then. The place was lively and the food was decent. This time I ordered veggie omelet with shelled eggs and beef sausage with home fries and grits on the side, plus coffee. Then I sat down.

Prompt service from Ms. Edna..she's on point. She's personable, has great multitasking skills, and tries to anticipate your wants in a timely fashion. The only issue I had was with the home fries. Some of them were undercooked and you need to use a generous amount of salt/ pepper for the grits.

If I'm in the area, I will stop in for a decent, generously proportioned meal. Breakfast or lunch. Solid choice“

“Service at the bar was outstanding and the BBQ special was by far one of the best we’ve had, and we’ve eaten a lot of BBQ in our days. I wanted “comfort food” and to me that screams chicken pot pie. The dish was basically tasteless and had a thick, over flowered, white gravy. You could hardly make out any of the chicken or veggies. Everything else was outstanding and would recommend revamping the dish or take it off the menu.“

“I was hoping to order a la carte, but my only option was the breakfast buffet. Our waiter was less than enthusiastic. The buffet was well stocked and the lady who made my omelette was sweet and she did a nice job. Bananas Foster were yummy. I think we got there at a good time. It was quiet. I would hate to be there when it gets busy. It was ok, but I wish it had been a tad cheaper for what it was.“

“Savin came recommended in a restaurant group so we gave it a try tonight. It was my friend and I with 5 children from 4 to 14. I arrived first with my son and was promptly greeted by Brody (who also waited on us). I explained we had 5 kiddos and inquired if a booth was available. He brought us over to a half booth which was perfect. The booth as well as chairs were very comfortable. I asked if we could have the older 2 girls (both 14) sit at the table next to us (they enjoy doing this). He was so accommodating andhappily set us up. Water was brought over for all of us and he asked if we had any questions on the menu. He said he would give us a few minutes to make our selections and went to get the beverages we ordered. 5 minutes later he came back with drinks and asked if we were ready to order. I got the chicken penne and added shrimp. My friend got the buffalo chicken quesadilla. We usually order 2 items and split them. Both were delish and we really enjoyed both entrees. The older girls got the adult portion max and cheese, which was cavatappi pasta with a ritz breadcrumb. They both said it was perfect consistency and enjoyed it. 2 kiddos got the kids size mac and cheese (cavatappi pasta with cheese) and 1 got the pasta with red sauce. Decent portions for a kids meal. The atmosphere was very nice. The music selection was also great and perfect volume. Brody was absolutely wonderful. He was attentive, but never pushy. Service was definitely a 10/10. This was the first time we have been to Savin but we will definitely be back. We felt the check was very fair for 7 people. (I snapped a few quick pics which really don’t do it justice but…).“

The atmosphere of Marina Bay in general is gorgeous, and this restaurant has a great view of the water (if you can get a good table that's facing the water). I had lunch here, so i had a salad with chicken and, of course, a side of French fries (crunchy and delicious). The food was good, but I've had better - it's good. There is plenty of free parking for the general public (the sunsets at Marina Bay is a good highlight to end the night). Would continue to come here.“

“Best Mexican, Salvadorean and Guatemalan food I've had so far within a hour radius. We got the fajita tejanas and the gordita (pollo) very flavorful, meats were soft and butter like, good cuts. Tortillas are homemade. I was the only white person here which is a sign that it's authentic or close to it. Will be dreaming of this. Seems like they have dancing at some point, and they have two bars. Great portions.
