“I'm a vegetarian so usually don't expect much from sandwiches. The owner Sam introduced their Caprese Panini to me. I didn't eat it until I arrived at home....I almost went back to get a second one right after finishing it!! It was sooo delicious. I went there again a different time but the store was closed. I went again today for the Caprese Panini. My mouth was already watering when holding it...strongly recommended!“

“I've been meaning to write this review for sometime, because Lisa and her staff absolutely deserve their flowers. We have used Tex's BBQ express for our annual staff cookouts for years. When we send out the invitation one of the first questions that are asked is "are we getting food from Tex's?" The staff are so polite, accommodating, and easy to work with. “My department does lots of food orders as part of our job, and Basil Tree is now my office's preferred catering vendor. We have ordered twice this month, and everything has been great. We did sandwich platters each time, with salad once, and a pasta salad the second time. Cookies for both orders! The ingredients are always fresh and high quality. The food looks attractive and is displayed nicely so we have to do very little setup once it arrives. And compared to other sandwich deliveries, Basil Tree has always delivered on time, and they communicate well so you don't have to wonder if your order will arrive.

We received many compliments on the food from our meeting attendees; more than with previous vendors. Don't get me wrong; lots of places have good food, but when you add in how nice the food is displayed AND the hassle-free delivery, Basil Tree wins.“

“So so so delightful and delicious! My best friend and I went to celebrate her birthday and we had a great time. A beautiful place and food is so beautifully presented and amazingly delicious. Gorgeous tea menu. I had ginger peach cinnamon and each person gets their own pot of the tea of their choice. Gorgeous atmosphere. Tea pattern wallpaper, pink lace tablecloths, stunning teapots and cups with various patterns. A small, intimate space - make reservations!

Here's what I can recall from the menu, top to bottom as seen in the picture. This was a tray for two of us and we got one each of the following from top two trays. Top tray: chocolate raspberry truffle, fruit tart. Middle tray: blueberry scone with strawberry jam and clotted cream, lemon square, pistachio shortbread. The bottom tray is for sandwiches. We each got 4 mini sandwiches and you can choose the vegetarian ones or the regular ones. I got the vegetarian which, to the best of my recollection, were: cucumber sandwich, deviled egg sandwich, roasted red pepper sandwich, goat cheese and fig. The bread on the mini sandwiches was really good too.

In conclusion, highly recommend this place! Make reservations though!

Throughout the whole planning process John was very communicative and helped us create our menu. we were able to come into the kitchen for some taste testing before solidifying our menu.
