“The location at the Mammoth Rd. and Lakeview Ave. is always a positive visit. Although sometimes really crowded, they manage to to keep the line moving. Also, the munchkins are always fresh. Always friendly service, and freshly brewed coffee available at any time of the day.“

“I tried few Dunkin in my area, and I guess this is my new spot. Hot coffee, fresh donuts and the sandwiches are also good! I believe she's the manager a couple of months ago my order was messed up came back and I spoke to some girl behind the counter which called someone else, she was out back she fixed my order and she reassured me that my order will be good from this point moving forward 2 months later my orders always perfect. Now I get my coffee and a smile in the morning“

“I just want to give a huge thank you to the team here at this location I simply just went in to get a DoorDash order, two of them and I have never been to a better Dunkin’s ever in my life then this one! Every single team member was kind especially seeing that I had my kid with me and he’s 6 months they were all respectful helpful and friendly and I just want to say this location surely sets and example for the brand and the fact that the day America runs off Dunkin’s! They should say that this location runs by kindness and respect and it makes me happy to know I can have a better experience at such a common place because of the individuals that make it that way! “Beautiful building and landscaping gorgeous at Lakeview Dracut DDs visited for a couple of weeks arrive early am when doors open both bathrooms disgusting nasty not cleaned at all the toilets are gross not cleaned no toilet paper in bathroom have to use the other bathroom had tp but nasty too and I have been in there quite a few times early am when doors just opened and at closing and the girl that opens the doors of DDs never cleaned them as awaited to doors open to use the restroom she drives a silver old car license plate z girl Mammoth Rd DDs Dracut beautiful landscaping but is nasty uncleaned as I went there too to use restrooms. They both have alot of employees it's a shame“
