My daughter’s plate from the kids menu even looked delicious, and she enjoyed every bite. We attend Music Bingo every Tuesday night, some of our favorite waitresses Rae, Kallie and Ella provide great service, a great atmosphere and create an exciting experience that keeps us coming back each week. I didn’t catch her name but as I was waiting for my sandwich, rather than just putting it on the counter and yelling order ready, she hand delivered it to me. The small things like that make experiences enjoyable for me. Good food and GREAT service.“

I want to go back and try more and the only thing I can say that wasn't enjoyable about the experience was a mall worker had a huge container filled with trash bags. It was very close to the table where I was eating my pizza along with two other people. Fortunately there wasn't any unpleasant wafting of trash aromas because I have a weak stomach, but otherwise I really enjoyed the pizza and the service was timely and the pizza left me craving more. This specific location is located in the food court area of Pheasant Lane Mall which is surrounded by a few other interesting dining options as well.“

We all sampled their delicious deserts, too. We were a large party and had an excellent server who allowed us to take our time and visit. “Souped up was at Dirigible Brewery. Got the Potato Leek soup, Mac and Cheese Brisket Bowl and Tatchos Tots which were all very good. Easy ordering through mobile with notification when it was ready. Very good value I thought. Highly recommend.“

“Wowza, Turkey Panini is excellent. What a rush of flavor from the first bite.Juicy with flavor. Perfectly cooked hickory bacon and turkey, tomato, and a yummy list pesto mayo, topped with mozzarella. Yeah, it was awesome 👌!! Pasta salad with a sweet balsamic? Maybe. It was good. I treated myself to the New York style crepe, nice and soft, with freshly cut strawberries 🍓 😋 and a cheesecake cream inside, topped with a swirl of chocolate or Nutella. It was the best. I think the filling could have been a bit more generous with the creamy filling ,nonetheless, it was awesome. This Panini is for a lighter diet. Overall, I was very happy and enjoyed it.

“I've been going to Simards for 20+ years and prefer it to other local roast beef places because they remain friendly and affordable despite the changing times. The drive thru sign needs major renovations (like lights) but I don't come for a drive thru sign I come for a decent roast beef sando with fries and a drink. There is always someone friendly working the window and the cost does not break the bank like a similar places like this.“

We were greeted by a very helpful and kind woman who took our order. The usual high-quality cuisine arrived promptly. Due to the nature of the task at hand, my guest and I remained there for over fifteen minutes with our laptops propped open. There was never any pressure or urgency to have us go. I didn't feel the need to bolt out the door because it wasn't very packed. Since I generally enjoy Panera eateries, I will be returning more frequently now. “Had a minor miscommunication with one of the employees but the manager did reach out and was willing to accommodate me for my troubles. Over all I am satisfied with pizza hazel and their service. I will be returning as long as they continue to provide quality service. I ordered 5 large pizzas and they were delicious. The only thing I would ask for differently next time is that they cook the pizzas a little bit less as I was hosting a kids party and it was hard for the kids to eat the pizzas, it wasn’t burnt and the adults enjoyed it but the kids struggled a bit. Other than that I’m satisfied. Matt the general manager was very polite and helpful.“
