“Pica’s is our go-to spot!! We cannot say enough good things about Pica’s!! The staff is top tier, they are all super friendly, they make us feel welcome the moment we walk through the door! We attend Music Bingo every Tuesday night, some of our favorite waitresses Rae, Kallie and Ella provide great service, a great atmosphere and create an exciting experience that keeps us coming back each week. The food is always delicious no matter what we order but we do love the burgers, chicken barb sandwiches and especially those cinnamon maple donuts!! We love Pica’s and Music Bingo nights so much that my daughter even comes home from college to attend them with us!! We called the night before because we weren’t sure if we had ordered enough and the owner answered the phone and was happy and quick to assist us. “This place is the definition of a HIDDEN GEM. My boyfriend and I wanted to grab a quick bite after the gym and we came across El Bunker on Google. When we walked in we were greeted by Camilla who is the sweetest! She was making Pão de Quiejo and they were AMAZING. (even better than fogo de chao in my opinion)We both got the Cuban sandwich which was so yummy. The bread was toasted and the garlic sauce really made the sandwich. I also got the guava shake and it was delicious and my boyfriend got a coffee with condensed milk which he loved.This place deserves more recognition for the quality of food and service they provide. I never had this type of food before so we just picked a few things on the menu. The food is primarily good and spicy. Egsi soup was great fufi worked well with it. The chicken skewers and plantains were tasty as well. The Suya beef was also tasty but is was kind of dry and had some pieces that were grisly. I did not know what Banku was but I ordered it becuase it was recommended. I did not like it at all. The Banku on its own has a bland fermented beer type taste. It appears this is something you dip in soup or a sauce not order with dry beef. I had not sause to use.“

“I have stopped at the cafe a couple of times already for either a salad or a cup of soup. Today, I decided on a hot panini. I discussed a type of bread with the staff and ordered a grilled chicken panini. It was nicely served and yummy. I liked that the bread had sesame seeds on it. Also, a piece of pickle added a nice flavor to my lunch.This cafe has a plenty of space. People come as well in groups to enjoy a great selection of food and their company. Highly recommend it.“

The waiter was very friendly and very informative. One issue was nobody in English. So you gotta know Spanish if you're gonna eat there. Food came out. It was great. “I've been going to Simards for 20+ years and prefer it to other local roast beef places because they remain friendly and affordable despite the changing times. The drive thru sign needs major renovations (like lights) but I don't come for a drive thru sign I come for a decent roast beef sando with fries and a drink. There is always someone friendly working the window and the cost does not break the bank like a similar places like this.“

I had lost my purse on May 23rd (sorry for the delay, been meaning to do this sooner) and called a couple of times and the first person I spoke with was a man who told me it wasn’t there and I asked him to check the bathroom and he again told me it wasn’t turned in. Later I called and thankfully the call was answered by the Manager, Fabiola who sincerely apologized that the other employee told me it wasn’t there because it actually was there the whole time and I was SO extremely grateful and relieved to both her and Valerie who found it and kept it safe for me! They told me that they were just happy to have found it and to have it returned to me as they understood the feeling of losing a purse. “Had a minor miscommunication with one of the employees but the manager did reach out and was willing to accommodate me for my troubles. Over all I am satisfied with pizza hazel and their service. I will be returning as long as they continue to provide quality service. I ordered 5 large pizzas and they were delicious. The only thing I would ask for differently next time is that they cook the pizzas a little bit less as I was hosting a kids party and it was hard for the kids to eat the pizzas, it wasn’t burnt and the adults enjoyed it but the kids struggled a bit. Other than that I’m satisfied. Matt the general manager was very polite and helpful.“
