“this is one of the Dunkin’ locations that I highly recommend to visit some customers may not have the same mutual respect I receive when I associate with Dunkin’ management or the employees I have the highest respect and I am greeted welcome Lee when I walk into the store mainly because they know I do reviews but they also get customer respect from me when I walk it my reason of my review today is a little late I was going to do this review sooner but I have been very busy helping others and doing reviews at a different location this review is to give a shout out to two hard individual employees at work here at Dunkins and they always show me the highest respect they ever receive from this location. I am greeted when I walk in. I also make sure that my server has my respect as well. this a shout out goes to charlotte very polite greets me every time I come into the store when I ask her for my order it’s made perfect and when she makes my sandwich it’s like steaming hot when it comes out which is awesome the best way to put it that way to see her smile early in the morning or on the time I come in it’s good to see employees at a location being happy to be at work it brings good vibes to the location overall a hard worker and very dedicated to where she is working at the time. Hope to see her for a long term I hope. Dunkin’ District Manager sees this review also want to give out a shout out to Owen eight another hard dedicated worker very polite, and has never messed up with any of my orders. Don’t see him as much because of the time that I enter in the time he goes home. Occasionally I do see him every single time I do see him greets me. He’s a good morning, and looks very happy to be there which gives good vibes and good energy to others as well as when I go and get my order I feel comfortable going in and feel comfortable leaving and glad to see two workers that I recommend to stay the other employees. I’m starting to get a vibe about them trying to feel them out review will be still ongoing as a start to understand the energy and work effort given by the other employees at this location till then review will be continued..

Parking: you can park up by the gas station and directly by the store. There is an additional parking lot down the stairs by the air pump, machine and closest to the store. There’s a stairwell that goes down to another parking lot further down if you do not find a parking lot space by the gas pumps or the Dunkin’ location on the right side of the gas station, but there are plenty of parking down below

Kid-friendliness: any kid are all welcome great location to visit very polite employees at both locations the gas station and Dunkins

Wheelchair accessibility: wheelchair accessible. There’s two ways for customers in wheelchairs to enter the store. wi-Fi booster should be stretched out a little further from the store.“

“I tried a Wednesday Night Dinner for the first time and they hit it out of the park. Stuffed pork tenderloin, butternut squash, spinach salad and Parker House rolls. Dessert was their delicious cookies. Generous portions. Reminded me of Mom's Sunday dinners.“

“I have been served by Curti and his wife, Kelly, for years now at both their Tyngsboro location and former location in Lowell. I can’t say enough great things about the level of service and the food at this establishment. I was missing it so much when they were closed for renovations and I am thrilled to see them open again. Curti has always been so kind to me and has gone above and beyond with his generosity. I will never forget the time, many years ago, I showed up to Honey Dew with a terrible cold and he sent me home with a chamomile tea, on the house, because he told me it would restore me. He was right and I will always support a business that cares about their customers as human beings. If I can recommend anything, the egg and cheese croissant is my favorite breakfast sandwich in the area. In my opinion, it’s better than that of any restaurant or diner. “The only reason I'm giving it mid for atmosphere it's gas station it's not a restaurant and I'm reluctant to give this review at all because this is one of my favorite spots to grab coffee in the morning with a 2 to 3 minute wait at most unlike the dunks down the road where it can be 20 minutes just walking in the door. I can get my coffee and breakfast before my tank's done filling level quick The staff is fantastic I absolutely adore them“

I just assumed that they didn't do that anymore because it NEVER in 6 months came that way. “Picture this: New Year’s Day. I’m surrounded by hungover individuals at my friend’s house (I was the DD all night). I must brave the cold walk to my car if I want to take a shower. As I am driving down the road, I see the sparkling oasis of THE Amherst Dunkin' Donuts. I am greeted at the microphone with arguably the best experience I have EVER had:

Now- I’ve been told to wait before. I’ve worked in customer service, so I get it. But this guy knows show business. He had that sparkle, that passion for customer service you only see once in a blue moon.

We are off to a fantastic start. I order a refresher and an old fashioned donut. Side note, my refresher is PERFECT. I am aware my donut choice is not for everyone, but this guy knew how to commit to the bit,

Listen, I’m already cracking up. I can barely hold it together. I drive up to the window, expecting to meet some sort of riddle master who wants to bargain for my first born. Get this guy a freaking award! In fact, make him audition for SNL.

I am greeted with the sweetest man who takes my card and gives me my food. It was not the same guy who took my order, as he was a bit more subdued in nature, but it is clear this crew works seamlessly together. I am pleased as punch to start the new year off so whimsically!

“Service is good. Never had an issue with most of the staff. I order in the afternoon normally, so they are quick but occasionally mess up an order. We are all human though I guess. Inside is nice, they keep it clean.
Any issues that arise are typically from the middle schoolers or kids from Lawrence Academy being loud or harassing stuff.“

“The early morning weekday duo of Karen and Bev is nothing short of a very well-ouled (and plesant!) machine! They work steadily and quietly until a customer arrives and on a or both of them greets them often by name (and knowing their order!) Simultaneously, on line orders are being sent non-stop and they're filling those too! Steadily, orderly calmly. At about 7:00, Taylor and Justin arrive, take their places in the "dance" and things continue in the same steady, orderly and very pleasant manner. They make their Dunkins a very nice place to start my morning and I'm most grateful, for their early morning hours, their hard work and for simply being pleasant and kind. “The only downfall to this Dunks is the wait... We waited inside for 20 minutes... Literally... The concern was the drive through. If I would have known that I would have used the drive through. Other than that the people that were standing there with me were awesome. The staff is great, when they get the gumption to actually talk to you...“

“unfortunately somewhat understaffed, but great staff who have to deal with some of the worst customers I've ever seen or even heard of. keep in mind that a lot of the negative reviews are Karens of the worst degree, the kinds to just lay on the horn in a drive thru because it's been a whole minute and a half.“
