“I had just came from a New York food trip, and I wasn’t ready for a mediocre lunch experience, an all too common phenomenon on this island. I asked Rachel (up front) and the chef to choose a sandwich for me and the smoky beet sandwich was my surprise. The balanced and bold flavors are on palette par with my favorite spots around the globe. Perfectly fresh baguette, beautifully pickled onion, just enough jalapeños dancing with an abundance of bright cilantro, and whatever secret umami goodness rounds out this perfection. “We were so incredibly surprised by how wonderful our experience was here! From great food, super fun staff (ask for Stacy!), and then the amazing value! We had no wait on a Saturday night but got there after the brisket sold out - I should have known! Pro tip was given to be there earlier for the choice of all the cuts- they smoke their own meats in-house, so when they're out, that's it for the day! Can't recommend enough! P.S. Get the jalapeño hush puppies for a treat!“
“Amazing food, super convenient. We tried the cuban sandwich and a couple of quesadillas and they were all very good. For our 4-year old we got a cheese quesadilla which was excellent. Service was fast and everyone nice. Definitely would come back.“
