“Went through the drive thru around 325 pm and right away the worker let us know they are happy to serve us and informed us the wait time may be slightly longer due to low staff. Our food was still fresh and accurate as he politely verified our order at the window and made sure we had everything we needed. Service was still timely and pleasant. The worker was a young man and I was very impressed with his calm and welcoming demeanor under pressure. Thank you for a good visit. You're doing great ! Will be back next time I pass through Falmouth.“

“I’ve been to JD’s many times before and have always loved it. Today I tried one of the poke bowls and 110% the best poke bowl I’ve ever had! Staff is great as well, always friendly and great service!!“

“What a great little gem! Stuck down the cape after a wake of a family member. The bridge traffic was backed up for miles. We decided to stop in for a bite and we were pleasantly surprised by this little place. The waitress was nice, attentive and fun. The food was very good and the atmosphere was a reminder of times gone by. Very relaxed and nice people. Thanks for getting us fueled up before heading back to Attleboro!! It was a great experience!!!“

“They only take cash, which sometimes I forget about- but their portions make up for it! A medium sized cone is swirled to the size of 2 cups, and absolutely layered with crunchy sprinkles! They also do specialty requests and Blizzards that aren’t even on the menu anymore (like their s’mores blizzard) and “brittle crunch cone”. Their soft serve is the perfect consistency, and not too melty at ALL. I love going here during the summer and they use a 16 oz shake cup for their brownie Oreo cuperfection where you get more icecream than other locations that use a smaller sundae cup. Super good, hearty portions, and great accommodations. It does get quite busy at nighttime but the wait is only for about 30 minutes and it’s fun to socialize with people in the line !“

“I called in an order for 2 small Steak, Cheese and Mushroom subs this afternoon 1/28/23…..First of all we thought they were Delish!!! Walking in the place I found it to be very clean with a pleasant atmosphere. The cashier had a very friendly smile and personality!!!! Thank you for a very positive experience……Karen“

“Stopped for a quick sandwich at easily the best Wendy’s ever. Spotless, but the service from the woman who was the manager was phenomenal. She greeted everyone with kindness and respect and actually cared about what she was doing. You’re incredibly lucky she is on your team. 10/2 8:15pm.“

“The service here is excellent, the food is great, and the employees are hardworking people who always do their best. Now, after reading some of the negative reviews, I just have to say: they’re laughable.
First of all, complaining about employees “not speaking English well”? That’s ridiculous. We speak English perfectly — and more than one language, by the way. Unlike many of you, who can barely handle your own language. If you can’t even place a simple order without messing it up, you’re definitely not qualified to criticize anyone.
Second, most of the so-called “problems” people mention show nothing but ignorance. Fries won’t stay hot forever. Wrong orders? Most of the time it’s because you didn’t order properly — we always double-check before handing them out. If meat is undercooked, it’s usually an equipment issue, not the staff. And yes, the restaurant might not be spotless every second of the day, but that’s because we’re focused on making your food quickly, so you don’t complain about waiting.
So next time you think about leaving a review, try learning to use your own language, learn how to order correctly, and maybe recognize the effort of people who are actually working hard. Until then, your reviews say a lot more about you than about this restaurant.“
