The next day I was there eating and the manager came up to me and told me he saw my complaint and fixed it so I could pick whatever type of dressing I wanted on doordash and even more impressive he actually did. I eat at the restaurant at least once a week, Katie is awesome and we always request to sit at her table, but to be honest I have never had a bad experience there or a bad wait person. There is a reason it has been in business for over 40 years and I cannot recommend it enough, I promise you will be super happy after your experience there. “I love their sourdough crust!?? Cooked perfectly in a brick oven. They offer vegan mozz & veggie toppings. There's a Build Your Own pizza option, which is rather big for a personal pizza. I wish they had broccoli, and I wish they were a bit more generous with the toppings, but it makes sense for the price, and overall it's good pizza. “Hidden between a Liquor Store and a laundromat, this restaurant is amazing. My party of 12 arrived at 6. The restaurant knew we were coming and had it set up for us. We were given fried wantons with a house sweet/sour sauce. Our water glasses never went empty as we were well taken care of. The inside of the restaurant was interesting decorated. The bar is a shrine to Elvis with memorabilia scattered around it. My party ordered crab Rangoon. Expertly fried, the outer coat was golden and stuffed with crab and cream cheese. My friends rate them A. I ordered an order of Moo-Ping but the waitress came back to tell me they were out. Instead I ordered the wings. The dry rub wings were served with a beautiful garnish (carrot rose). The only problem with the plate was the garnish was mostly raw chili and jalapeños . The wings were interesting seasoned...so good! I give them an A+. The wings were meaty and really well fried. Equal number of flats and drummies! For my main meal, I ordered the crying tiger beef. So fresh tasting. The salad balanced the lite spiciness of the beef. The steamed jasmine sticky rice was the highlight. The whole meal was under 40.00 including tip. Really fresh tasting and excellent place!

Wheelchair accessibility: It is on a first floor. The only issue might be the entrance way is angled. It may be hard to maneuver that corner. I think outside is accessible by the back of the restaurant.“

They have a few vegan pastry options (the chocolate coconut donut is devine and the cinnamon donut is really good as well!). They’ve introduced me to the “dirty chai” which is my go-to (with oat milk). My first time having the TLT, the sandwich was AMAZING. My second time having the sandwich, it was a bit mid unfortunately. Still love this place because of the location, the atmosphere, the friendly workers and the vegan chocolate coconut donuts of course!“

“We recently had our firefighter's ball for the New Bedford Fire Department at the Vault. Across the board, it was an exceptional experience. The manager, Courtney, was masterful in helping us plan and coordinate our event, menu, decorations, and entertainment. During the event the food was great, the staff was excellent, and the location in the heart of downtown New Bedford was perfect with nearby parking garages and lots of good bars and restaurants for the end of the night within an easy walk. We will be looking forward to returning again next year!“

“Local Korean Spot — First time visiting and I can definitely say that it is the best Korean restaurant in town. The food was amazing a solid 5/5! The last time I visited I said the customer service could be improved however we came to eat dinner a few days ago and they really did improve their customer service — The waiter & waitress came to check on us every 5-7 minutes. Our food was ready pretty fast. Other than that the owner is very welcoming & thoughtful. We couldn’t figure out how to cut our beef ribs and he gave us tips. He also made sure we were okay every here and then. I will definitely come back!! Highly recommend this restaurant!“

“There is nothing else I can say about this place but they are the BEST!! Just picked up a special order of gluten free, dairy free, egg free and nut free cinnamon buns that are absolutely amazing! And of course had to grab my new favorite coffee and my sandwich I’m addicted to. The only place I have found that works with all of my allergies and makes amazing food. Even if you don’t have allergies go to this spot. Amazing selection, great people, and absolutely amazing food and drinks. “Absolutely my favorite place for papaya salad. Most other places make it so hot it’s hard to eat, at least for my taste buds. With their dish the flavors of the papaya, veggies , peanuts and lime shine through. I’ve also enjoyed the other selections I’ve tried. The yellow curry and pineapple fried rice were excellent. “My husband and I came here for dinner yesterday. I have to say, this is the best authentic Indian food around. The flavors are robust and you can tell the food is made fresh to order. We both had the Chicken Tikka Masala, my go to every time and never ever disappoints. We also shared the kebab appetizer plate with lamb and chicken. I will definitely be getting that again. The portion sizes are good and the prices are fair. It's hard to see from the road but it's totally worth to stop in for a bite. I promise, you will not be disappointed!“

The only complaint is I sat in the drive thru over 10 mins... maybe I should have ordered ahead & or went in... but I guess as the others in line knew, it was worth the wait! I had the time to wait, so I wasn't too worried. The employee at the window was super polite and nice. Which make the long wait a little better. I would definitely be back!!“
