“In short: an authentic, deliciously comforting, gourmet dining experience downsized to take out only.
Order times are on the longer side, usually they say 40 minutes, but I'm more than ok waiting, it's well worth it. You can tell it's made fresh and with quality ingredients. They are very consitent in quality, portions, and good service. I have never had an issue with an order or had to wait for service. The snug parking issue is forgotten as soon as you walk into an always clean and welcoming place that keeps your food warm for you in case you're running a bit late. The prices are higher than your average pizza place but Typical Sicilian is far from average. My wife and I have been tasting our way thru the menu and there is no disappointment in sight. Everything, from the positive anticipation after opening the containers, to that first bite that gives you that deeply satisfying "mmmmm", is just a pleasant experience every time. I have added some pictures of a few dishes we have tried, to be clear, some are so good that my wife dug in faster than I could get the camera. My wife loves the Chicken Francaise here.
I recommend you check the specials regularly, I appreciate that they actually update this unlike a lot of places. Just last night I was a little sad they didn't have the Penne vodka with chicken and prosciutto anymore, but quickly got excited to see the stuffed pork chop that I immediately decided on and it was GOOOOOD!! The maple bourbon cream is amazing and I saved the leftover sauce for a chicken and waffle breakfast I made this morning...I might need to ask if I can buy a bottle of just the sauce! Speaking of sauces, the Typical sauce is perfect for pasta, it's creamy but not too heavy, much better than any alfredo sauce I've had. I personally love tortellini and maybe some day I'll find a tortellini dish in the specials (besides the soup I hear is very good and will be trying).
The flavor palette of the menu covers hearty pasta, wood fire pizza, Mediterranean type salads and apps, and also covers your meaty dinner cravings.

“Can't comment on entire menu but cannot recommend the Skillet Meatballs. There as if they were fried and then served in tomatoe sauce. Have had the Mestballs at Back Room in Sgawam and thought in my opinion they were fantastic.”

But the most amazing thing was I saw an employee stop what he was doing to bring an elderly dog back to his neighbor! It’s the little things for me. “Have been to just about every friendlys in the area before and after they all closed except a select couple and I must say, out of them all, this one is the best one hands down, the GREATEST ONE...major s/o to Charlotte Emily and Jessica for their service and words will never explain the love and appreciation I have for them and its an honor to know them and having been served by them at past locations also..it also warms my heart to see that they're all together 💛💛 its much more an honor to aay that I've never been kept waiting too long by them in either location regardless of staffing circumstances and most importantly, their demeanors been the same and especially when it gets busy bc being in customer service and having worked in food especially, its known to get ugly and stressful and fast at that but grateful its never got there and its a testament to customers like me and the few who understand...Charlotte Jessica and Emily I love and appreciate yall and stay wonderful lovely and sweet and thank you for your kindness and for everything and yall being yall 💛💛💛”
