Where do I begin.....we ordered 1 large soft serve sundae with van ice cream and hot fudge, cream and nuts and 2 small soft serve strawberry sundaes... they said total was $38 something..... I said why.... they RE rang and it was 24 something. Mind you menu said small soft serve sundaes were $6 and $7. They charge extra .85 for whipped cream... ok. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!! Took 30 minutes to get two hot fudge sundae and the ice cream was horrible and we had to toss it out. over $16 for two ice creams. No way! when you call to talk to someone I was told they are new and to give them a chance. nope!!! a guy started in with a customer who was before me when she went to the window to see where her soft serve was. nothing fancy. the kids in the back didn't know what a banana split was to ice to toppings. you are an ice cream place!...read full review
