I recently had relatives from England and we always come to Cana when they are here BUT This time was a huge disappointment. We ordered the BBQ only to find out that their selection of sides had been reduced from 10 to 5. Even the broccoli was reduced to 2 very small pieces. How are you going to split that between 4 people? The other 5 sides which were usually included, are now available for additional cost. Their prices are not cheap to start with, but we have not complained because the food is really good, but to spoil one's reputation for the sake of a few cents to add a few more pieces of broccoli, or a full selection of sides for a party of four, is certainly not the way to increase your bottom line because now you have lost these customers.. With drinks and dessert our bill was close to $200, and we always spend at least that mic at Cana!“

“If they had a zero star I would had given it first of all the manager gave my order to someone else than he refused that he wasn't gonna make another until I put some common sense into him this place has the worse customer service by the management ever this experience was awful on how they treat people on top of that I handle it without an argument like he did it was very unprofessional of him never again I will come here it's just sad they have people like that running this place to the ground no wonder they don't even make it to a 4 star place its disgusting“
