“I have to admit I was skeptical when I was suggested a coffee shop inside of a Shell gas station, but I quickly learned that my skepticism was unwarranted. Service was lightning fast and incredibly efficient. Employees were friendly and polite. The coffee was really good and there were plenty of flavors and various options to pick from. Parking: Not a lot of parking seeing that it was off a side street and in a liquor store.“

They also have these quaint Dunkin wall hangings, that reminisce and feel homey, and they have items my Dunkin doesn’t have, such as chocolate chip cookies.

My wife and I have the opportunity to go to 4 different coffee shops within out 10 minute radius of our home, but choose to go to this Easton Starbucks (over two other Starbucks that are closer) because of the extraordinary service and consistent quality of coffee. Specifically Dot's amazing ability to not only remember our names but that of any repeat customer and greet them with an authentic and genuine hello. It is my understanding that Howard Schultz founded Starbucks with the philosophy that consumers are not just purchasing a premium cup of coffee, but they are purchasing a premium experience. That is emulated in everything that this Starbucks and specifically Dot executes on daily. Thank you.“

“Stopped here for breakfast when visiting town and it was so good! The ambiance is great, the customer service was so welcoming, friendly and helpful, and the food hit the spot. We got breakfast sandwiches on croissants with chipotle aioli added which was recommend and a great choice. Not too heavy, just perfect. They have so many smoothie, juice, and treat options too! Would definitely go back next time we’re in the area.“

“I moved to this area about 3 years ago and have to commend the evening staff at this Starbucks. In particular the one with short gray hair, I believe their name was Hana (I think they are the manager or at least they should be). They have always been extremely pleasant and attentive even when busy and made me feel welcome to a new place all that time ago. Made my order and ensured I was satisfied. Beautifully made beverages (caramel and milk art) and truly goes the extra mile. They embody the atmosphere of what I think a coffee shop should feel like and service like this is what makes me want to come back. It’s amazing even in such a busy setting you remember my name and order.Overall Store is always clean and well kept and the evening staff may take a few extra minutes for my order but that is ok, because it’s made with care.“

The only thing that is not great is the outside lights do not work and it makes it look as though they are closed. The drive up kiosk has been out as well.“

But whenever I have a few extra minutes, this is the location I frequent. “Dunkin Donuts (DD) is a well known brand. The product served is fairly consistent. Essentially, DD is fast food and that's about all there is to it. I have yet to see any DD exhibit groundbreaking style nor have I eaten spectacular food. In the end, service is the key because, once again, this isn't a groundbreaking business model. For the Somerset area, all of the DD's have decent service quality. Friendly people. I would vote DD near Reds on route 6 as the top DD in Somerset. 8 out of 10.“

“I didn't go to Dunkins a couple of years ago because the service and coffee was awful. Since the leader Tiffany took over as Manager the atmosphere, food and store is amazing. The coffee and food is great. Tiffany and staff have turned that store into a place where you like to go. Thank you Tiffany and crew for everything you have done to turn that store around.“

“Why are the signs for the drive-thru at such weird angles? There near impossible to see as you try to order, it's a very odd design choice...But I digress. Aroma Joe's is part of a larger, Portland, Maine-based chain that is rapidly expanding down the Northeast.The drinks are great, and they have an extensive selection of food items that are significantly better than anything served at Starbucks or Dunks.Pretty good overall but seriously, the menus are awkwardly placed.“
