When I asked the server to take it off my bill, she refused, saying I'd eaten some of it. I was surprised by her response, especially given my background working in a 4-star restaurant, where we'd immediately remove an unsatisfactory dish from the bill. The server's failure to involve the manager and her argumentative tone made me feel uncomfortable. Despite my usual positive experiences here, today's visit was unfortunate. 😞😩“

“Brought the family here for the first time this week. Great atmosphere and selections. Flights are a great way of trying new beers without having to commit fully to a tall one. DJ heard it was our daughter's birthday and played a whole Taylor Swift playlist for her which made her so happy. Food is definitely more of the 'snack and relax' type of fare, which is great for the prices. Waitress was very polite and answered my hundred questions about different beers. Will definitely come back again.“

They have a ton of varieties of bagels and cream cheese. The coffee is excellent with many choices of flavors. The selection of dairy and sweeteners was limited however. They should add almond milk for non dairy customers and sweeteners like Splenda and Stevia. Then they would achieve perfection. If you are looking for an amazing bagel or bagel sandwich, head to The Back Bay Bagel Co!“

Place is clean and order took less than 15 minutes to prepare so it's pretty fast if you're in the area, but nothing worthy of going out of your way for.“
