Even though this brewery is being sold and is no longer brewing their own beers they are still serving local New England breweries brews. The Stout was amazing and my wife loved it. The bartender was a great chill vibes kinda guy who took great care of us while we were there. Go support him and help yourself to some really nice views of the harbor and marsh land. Bring your own food and have couple of pints what could be better.

We really enjoyed our drinks and the great view of the water. The bartender was also very nice and let us sample as many drafts as we requested before making our selections. This brewery is very spacious which made for a comfortable environment.

We had our a rehearsal dinner at the brewery in late July. It was the perfect space for a relaxed gathering for our family and bridal party before our big day. Although the kitchen closed prior to having our event at the brewery, they were quick to let us know of the change and recommend caterers in the area (we went with Googans and they were great!). The bartenders were great. I highly recommend hosting your event at Great Marsh!

I guess people in the Gloucester/Essex area don't appreciate a good brewery. We came here on a Thursday night and the place was empty. The beer was great, the views were great, the building was great,.......where the F is everyone. We live in Western Mass and we have many much smaller local breweries that would be hopping on a Thursday night and they don't have these views. Come on people, this place is awesome!
