Great food - dinner and dessert! Great views. And the staff is so friendly. Highly recommend!
A unique menu with incredible desserts.
This place has the freshest food and desserts to choose from. The staff were are very friendly and accommodating. Will cone back every opportunity we can. I recommend the shrimp burger, vegetable spring rolls, shrimp n grits and not to mention the haddock patties and clam chowder, everything was unique and tasty. Don’t skip the desserts always fresh and yummy.

Based on the reviews, Shipyard Tavern offers excellent food, terrific service, and stunning views. The food is fresh and prepared with excellence. Specific meals mentioned include a very tasty salad, muscles in a garlic wine broth, lobster rolls, a Caesar salad with steak tips (which was a huge salad with the best steak in years), bang bang shrimp, lobster pie, and strawberry shortcake. The clam chowder was brimming over with clams. The wait staff is professional, attentive, and friendly. The deck area is beautiful, and the view of the port is lovely. Whether local or visiting, this restaurant provides a great experience and 5-star delicious food.
