Your own coworker said you were stingy with the queso and you did nothing when the customer confirmed. Foods already just alright, mediocre service isn’t going to get someone to come back.
This is my neighborhood Chipotle, and is my favorite place for takeout. The food is consistently excellent. Some servers are more generous than others but I always get my money's worth (sometimes I get more than my money's worth!).

In a word, overrated. Very nice friendly people, but the taste and quality of the food just isn’t there. Paid $18 for a burrito that was worth about $3.50. Never again.👎
