“I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!! Amazing, delicious, fresh, 100% original and homemade Thai/Japanese food!!! Completely blew my expectations away when I first tried it! My first time having their food I had no clue how good it was going to be, the flavor was incredible and the food was freshly prepared and properly cooked!! The place is clean, and the staff are very friendly and kind and hardworking people! They make all their food cooked to order and guarantee that it is freshly made! I’m so happy I took the chance to try this food because it was so tasty and delicious and I ate every bite! I got the Katsu Poke Bowl and let me tell you it’s delicious and a must try if you’ve never had Umami’s food before! Whatever the recipe for this chicken is it’s perfect! The chicken is perfectly cooked perfectly and lightly breaded and the food it comes with is healthy and clean and fresh! I was seriously impressed and I’m thinking about calling in an order again as I write this because the food was that good! Most Asian Cuisine places are just a run of the mill Chinese or Japanese food spot but not this place!! This place has a variety of different types of authentic homemade Asian dishes and they are all properly and generously portioned and cooked and taste delicious! The building is very deceiving Alexander looks like an old type diner however inside and it's much larger then you think. The decor is your typical Oriental style with the interior being neat and clean. There are bathroom facilities flashlight. It features both a bar area as well as a dining room. The service is very good and the servers are very pleasant, attentive, and willing to answer all of your questions as to exactly what everything is. The food is very good and the portions are average and very much adequate“
