We started with arancini that felt like a comforting hug, followed by fried oysters that tasted like drinking the ocean, and eggplant fries so good they made us wonder: when did eggplant ever taste like this? Plate after plate, the flavors told the story of a chef who cooks with artistry and passion. A special touch: Chef Tommy’s mother, Barbara, warmly present in the restaurant, made the whole experience feel even more personal. TJ, our waiter, was fantastic — knowledgeable, attentive, and full of energy. This is tapas-style dining, so the two of us ordered six plates. The fried codfish are rated top notch though, and the soup is a very good amount As a starter.
Please change the brussels sprouts back to cut in half roasted with bacon and Parmesan cheese that would be tops!
