Sunday my wife and I had Cape Cod Maki and a Snow Mountain with Clams Casino as an appetizer and then a broiled seafood over spinach combo for me and steak tips for her and we were thoroughly satisfied until we got home at 6pm. We highly recommend this place.“

The chef was wonderful and had both of my kids laughing hysterically as well as the adults. The food was exactly what you would expect from hibachi- it was very good and it came with salads and soup. “I love Takara in Medfield. The staff is wonderful. I eat here almost every week. Even during COVID, my family did take out weekly. This is my go-to restaurant. My wife takes me there as a reward!! The food is wonderful and well prepared. I think that I have tried almost everything on the menu over the years. My favorite meal is the spicy tuna avocado salad! The rest of my family enjoys the sushi, sashimi, and various maki rolls which I always help them finish. Korean inspired food is a nice twist on typical sushi. Great place with great service. Great bar and wines too!“

“This is my favorite restaurant in the world. It's casual and cozy and never intimidating. Also never full, probably because take out is their main gig. The food is so good. I am obsessed with the szechuan broth and regularly used to go in here by myself and get chicken combo and eat the whole thing in 20 min. I also love the sushi, always great quality. I used to come in here a lot with my band, often in a certain state of mind, and we would ask for "Triple Dragon Combo," which is not something they offer but then we would go on to explain that we wanted Red Dragon Maki, Dragonfly Maki and Dragon Maki. My wife is less of a sushi fan but she orders from their Chinese menu and the hot and sour soup, Rangoons, and Gau are fantastic. I have yet to be unsatisfied with my usual choices enough to try their Thai food except I usually get a Thai ice tea which is great. Always friendly staff and we often have friendly conversations. I hope it is the same forever. Anything else? Err, sometimes you gotta go around the block to find parking? It's never that bad though.“
