“KFC was very convenient and clean when I went today. I spent about $40, and the food/service was good overall. The location was easy to stop at, which I appreciated. My only complaint is that they close too early, because sometimes you want to grab something later in the evening. Other than that, it was a good experience.“

I was extremely surprise of the service and how fresh the food was tonight. My cousin said the food is always fresh to order. I messed up and the young lady Maria was professional, polite, and very patient. Anthony asked us to park and they would bring the food over to us. He did with such a passion and made sure we were happy and satisfy. We talked a few minutes. I could tell he really enjoy making sure everyone is taking care of. I want to let everyone know if you're in this area and want some fresh chicken, wedges, or mash potatoes. You better pass by this KFC in Milford, Ma. Management you have a great team. And I am glad I had the pleasure to be service by Maria and Anthony!!!“

“My experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken was one of the best restaurant visits I have ever had, and a huge reason for that was an employee named Brady. From the moment I walked through the door, he greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. It is rare to meet someone who clearly enjoys helping customers, but Brady made that obvious from the very beginning. His positive attitude created a great first impression and made the entire visit enjoyable.
As I looked over the menu, Brady was patient and happy to answer my questions. He explained the different spice levels, recommended some of the most popular items, and made sure I understood what I was ordering. He never rushed me or acted annoyed, even though the restaurant was busy. Instead, he stayed calm, friendly, and professional the entire time. That level of customer service is something every restaurant should strive for because it makes customers feel valued and appreciated.
After placing my order, I noticed Brady continued treating every customer with the same level of kindness and respect. He greeted everyone with a smile, kept the line moving efficiently, and remained upbeat even during the busiest moments.
