“Usually, I would rate it five stars, but the restaurant didn't cook my calzone long enough. This experience was the first time they ever dropped the ball. We have ordered from this location over 100 times, so perhaps someone was having an "off day." I can live with that. None of us are perfect“

“Me and my girlfriend recently returned to try this place again and we were pleasantly surprised. The pizza was delicious and was very flavorful and had lots of sauce and the dough was amazing too. The ingredients all tasted fresh and i will say the food has definitely gotten better here and the quality has greatly improved. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are in town and looking for some good pizza. We will definitely be back soon.“

“We had a great experience at Franklin’s Pizza and Deli in Franklin, MA! The service was quick, the food was really good, and the atmosphere was super nice and welcoming. They were wonderful with the kiddos — engaging, kind, and patient. It’s always nice to find a place that treats families so well. Definitely recommend and will be back!“

“Even under short staff an no-shows. This place was great. I frequent here a time or two an each time has been good. Food is great. Steak needs to be changed. But it was very flavorful break tosted just the way I loved it. 😍 Jessica K. the onshift manager was very very helpful took her time an even under pressure an to have to do everything still kept her cool, which calmed my anxiety down.. JESSICA I GIVE YOU A 10 GIRL!!! KEEP THAT SMOOTH CHILL ATTITUDE AND ULL BE THE BEST MANAGER IN HISTORY. over all great service.“

“We had a great dining experience here & loved the food and service so much that we ended up having our rehearsal dinner here! They have great buffet options and everything we chose was delicious! We had lasagna, roasted chicken, roasted potatoes along with chicken fingers for an appetizer and it was seasoned and made perfectly. We highly recommend and will be back for lunch or dinner 🙂“

“Great prices and great food Maks never disappoints. I used to come for the famous roast beef sandwich which is a amazing btw. But I have recently become a breakfast customer! The cornbread is to die for 🥰 Everyone is always friendly it’s a great place to go for a nice breakfast!“
