“Visited this place for the first time three weeks ago I’ve been there two other times. This is a great spot. Plenty of parking. The dining room is pretty big. Only been there for lunch, but it was quiet. I can imagine it gets crazy in the evening. Got a tuna wrap on one occasion then an Italian sub another occasion the food was fresh delicious price was a little up there, but to be expected in that area. The only reason why I’m giving this a four and not a five. when I ordered, I asked them to heat up the wrap they did not do that or cut it in half so following instructions make sure you’re very clear of what you want. The staff about is friendly as a regular pizza House nothing out of the ordinary or extraordinary but the food was amazing. This will be one of my goals. I recommend 100%“

“3 Restaurant is my new favorite brunch spot. Kerry-Lynn and her trainee did a fabulous job waiting on us this past Sunday. The attention to detail and attentiveness didn't go unnoticed. I was a huge fan of the Pickle Bloody Mary. Everything from the Buffalo Cauliflower to the two brunch entrees we're delicious and seasoned to perfection. I'm glad we took the half-hour jaunt to try this place out. Look forward to visiting again for brunch and try dinner!“

“We just had a special family party at the Cheatu Franklin. The staff from start to finish were amazing! The service and the food were such a big part of making the day special for us all. Very grateful.
Dietary restrictions: We had GF allergies and a manager presented the food.“

“Been going here for years. Comfortable place you feel welcome. Good food, friendly people, reasonably priced. (Closed Mondays...and can get busy with Dean college so close by)“
