“Great Pizza! I was in your shop on Saturday, 29 Oct. This is what I have been searching for. The pizza reminds me of what I used to get in the 1940's and 1950's at pizzerias and barrooms. Thin, with the cheese and tomato spread right up to the edges. Almost foldable but not stiff. The flavor is satisfying and peaceful with a cold drink. The staff was extremely polite and accommodated me with a spaghetti sauce that was not on the menu. Judging from the continuous phone calls and pick-up orders, a lot of people have already discovered you and share my taste . Keep doing the Good pizzas. What a taste! When you've ordered tastey pizza, you know it at the first bite.“

“I’m not sure which was better… the phenomenal smoothie I had - The Avery Special - or the superior customer service. My smoothie was the perfect balance of banana, peanut butter, and cacao nibs. I was thrilled to see so many options for me with several food intolerances. It is so apparent just how much love and hard work the co-owners put into their business. They were genuinely interested in my feedback on the smoothie and clearly care about a positive customer experience. While I waited for my smoothie, I had the loveliest conversation with Sophia, the young woman working the register. I enjoyed learning more about the menu and what some of her favorites are. I cannot wait to try more of the menu!“

“OMG STOP IT !!! I have lived here for 22yrs and I haven’t had a decent pizza and I thought I tried them all. WELLL, I’m here to tell ya this pizza is near perfect and I say “near” due to a slight adjustment on the pepperoni (if you please). But geezaloo I’m not goin anywhere else. I’m 100% Italian I make my own bread, desserts pasta and PIZZA but not anymore. Grazie Mille River Street Cafe. ❤️“

“Stopped in from out of town for some pizza on a Friday night after a recommendation from a friend. This place was great! We ate inside (two tables available, with typical nostalgic pizzeria flair) and enjoyed ourselves. The simple yet fun 1990’s decor, as seen in other review pictures made me smile, especially the ninja turtles framed picture. We got half cheese, and half with mushrooms, onions, pepperoni and garlic. Definitely recommend!“
“Even when it is super busy, the staff is so nice! They were working very hard and being so nice to everyone, asking if they wanted a cookie or a drink because of the wait. Every time I have been they have been efficient and nice. I love coming here. The food is so good too. 😊“

“Highly recommend Nelly’s for their delicious food and above and beyond customer service when having an allergy. They made an amazing Italian sub on pizza dough that was absolutely delicious and my other half had the Good Fella that he said was top notch! Thank you so much for making my day by accommodating to a nursing mom who finds it difficult to eat out due to baby’s allergy. We will definitely be back! If you are contemplating trying Nellys, they are a must. They take their food to the next level!!“

“Great place for coffee and a snack or meal. They need to do something about the time at the drive-thru...when people place large orders, the whole line of cars behind it has to wait. Yesterday, I had to wait 12 minutes to pick up my coffee. The need to have the people who order large orders to pull around the front of the building and wait in the spots by the doors and an associate can run them out their order. Keep that Drive-thru line moving.“
