Ruby at our local Dunkin’ is absolutely wonderful! My husband has a very specific drink order that can be difficult to explain, but Ruby always recognizes us immediately and says, “I’ve got it!”as we start the order and she nails it every single time.
She is truly an asset to Dunkin’—always friendly, welcoming, and wearing a smile. Great customer service like hers makes all the difference, and we genuinely appreciate her kindness and attention to detail.

Every visit is always dealt with tender love and care and I cannot be any more grateful to have the crew that they have down at that store and especially kudos to the manager that got those employees in line
