“I just want to share a quick review of what my husband and I observed during our visit to Grafton Subway back on Saturday, 7/30/22 around 6:30-7:00PM. We go to Subway every Saturday after doing our grocery shopping. Ana was on by herself. When we arrived she was doing orders for four people before us. When that was finished, she ripped off four or five on-line orders. She said to us that it would be a few minutes. She very calmly and in a steady pace put together these on-line orders. As soon as she was done, these customers arrived to pick their orders up. Again, she calmly took care of these customers. Then she took care of us in a calm and thankful manner. Of course, it helps that we are patient people understanding what was happening and that she was alone. But we give 5 Stars to Ana for doing such a great job during such a busy time. We were out in no time considering all the orders she needed to prepare. Thanks!“

“We brought three generations to Special Teas to fulfill my mother’s wish to have tea with her daughters and granddaughter. It was a lovely way to spend a fall afternoon. The service was fantastic and staff were very attentive. The variety in teas allowed everyone in our group the opportunity to experience unique tea flavors. The food and desserts were phenomenally delicious and traditional and paired well with the tea fare. Thank you for giving us a wonderful afternoon and a memory that will last a lifetime.“

“I've had Hot Table 3 times now in the last month or so and I love it! The prices aren't bad, the panini's are delicious and they have great customer service. The medium size panini is huge! I've had the Cuban and the Chicken Pesto and loved them both. I also love the broccoli cheddar soup.“

“I’m only comparing this to other fast food spots, not sit-down restaurants. The atmosphere here is great and definitely above average. The staff is super friendly, and I really like the option of sub bowls without all the carbs. If you’re diabetic, that makes a big difference. Pricing is really good for what you get.“

“Since Jersey Mike’s Worcester has opened we have been enjoying their subs weekly. Almost every single time despite ordering about a dozen subs they have succeeded in getting everything right. They are even kind enough to write peoples names on the sub so they are easy to distribute. I would highly recommend this location as the staff there do a great job making you feel welcomed and satisfied with your order. Two 👍🏻“

“This is the ONLY subway I will go to because it is SO clean. Lamé and Teresa hold themselves to such a high standard, and it’s lovely and rare to see in the “fast food” industry. Not only is it extremely clean but the service is exceptional. Lamé goes out of her way to make my boyfriends daughters day every time we are in there. Now that I’ve been to this subway location, every other location is ruined for me because this one is just LEAGUES above. Highly recommend even if you’re not typically a subway person“

“Friendly staff and quick service.

Vegetarian options: You can order a sub with no meat on it. This location also offers the veggie patty (Vegan).

Kid-friendliness: Workers are friendly with kids, I have seen kids ask for stickers, as well as employees being patient while a younger child orders their own food. After multiple encounters with teenagers loitering in the store and stealing drinks under the guise of getting water, this location may be more reluctant to offer future teenagers cups for water.

Parking: There are 5 spots in front of the building, as well as a lot connected that the neighbors use to park there is space for roughly another 5 cars there, and worst case there is a cvs lot 100 ft away.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get up to the building on the side entrance.

Dietary restrictions: Workers are knowledgeable about ingredients of their product, however are not extremely conscientious about cross contamination. As someone with severe food allergies, simply ask them to get you a clean knife and change their gloves, and if possible pull fresh containers of meat from the fridges behind the line.“

“Excellent customer service. Yared made sure he got my order the way I wanted it. Double checked. My wife said it was one of the best grilled chicken Cobb BLT salads she’s ever had. Steak and cheese done perfectly - not rushed. Other times I’ve gone there I’m always glad I went“

“Love Amatos being from Maine, this is a Gass station franchise, so I am not surprised it is not as good as a flagship store, but it is still pretty good. Nothing hits like a cold Italian on a hot day. The ladies who work there are very nice and friendly, but it is a bit tedious to have to pay at the gas station counter, after you pick up your slip, then go back to the Amatos counter to pick up the food. This is no way is a deterrence, just an observation for elderly and handicap individuals.

Vegetarian options: Easy substitutions for dietary needs, The pasta sauce has meat in it, the marinara sauce is vegetarian, parking is good, but you pull out into an intersection on Grove St.I love a veggie ittalian, my hubby likes the classic.

Parking: Plenty of spaces

“I love the food and service. I withhold one star because of the few times we are served by personnel who don’t speak English very well. It’s been so hard to explain what we want and to understand what they are saying because of their strong accent. Wish this would improve.“

“We went there to dine with family as a halfway place for all of us. They seated us right away and the service was quick. I honestly can't remember what we all ordered but I remember everyone was happy with what they ordered. I would go back there.“

“I haven't been to Subway in a long time due to quality going downhill, but I stopped by this location on a whim on my way home and got subs for myself and my husband. Not only was this the cleanest Subway I've ever been in, the people behind the counter were incredibly kind and efficient, and made our sandwiches exactly how I ordered them on the app. The bread was super soft and fresh, sandwiches were not at all skimpy or lacking ingredients as others have said. Everything tasted great. We will be back!“

“Joanna needs a raise, this girl is an absolute all star! She was on a SOLO shift on a Saturday night, with a line. I was one of her online orders. I watched this girl sling out sandwiches like a champ! She communicated that she was alone and it would be an extra minute. “There is one guy here with glasses and a voice that we agreed sounds like Burt from sesame street. Is always really friendly and makes the BEST sandwiches. He is funny and is the reason why I come to this one instead of the others. Because I hate subways in gas stations.“
