“We are an entertainment service company that specializes in small ensemble/DJ combos. We performed at our first wedding at The Herb Lyceum in early October and were blown away. First of all, the garden and grounds are LOVELY, the food is OUTSTANDING and the staff were all WONDERFUL. Everyone there was friendly and professional, and truly allowed us to do what we do best, and we felt fully supported to do our jobs. Often with outdoor venues, we have issues with power, but not here! We had ample power for the ceremony, dinner reception and the dance party under the tent, running some heavy wattage sound and lights. We very much look forward to coming back to do more events in the future!”

“My colleagues and I visited this establishment directly following our performance at GrotonFest, which was held nearby. The staff was very courteous and obliging. Lauren, our server, was particularly pleasant. We shared some lighthearted conversation, and our food was served promptly. “It was ok. Food was very very greasy. Like sopping wet tacos. Chips were a bit stale and they give you 3 dips with enough serving for half a person. My margarita was good. I would go back for the drinks but the food left me and my husband feeling yucky.”

“We got the steak tip and the kids fried haddock.. Yummy yummy yummy. Our waitress was fantastic, and the food was delicious. One of our best eats. I highly recommend trying this place out a few times over. Fast service on a Sunday afternoon. We will be back

“Cheese pizza is great. Got an everything & it was terrible a pound of black olives & onions under cooked in the center and it was a small. I'd recommend the pizza 1 topping only or at least don't try the everything”

“Service is good. Never had an issue with most of the staff. I order in the afternoon normally, so they are quick but occasionally mess up an order. We are all human though I guess. Inside is nice, they keep it clean.
Any issues that arise are typically from the middle schoolers or kids from Lawrence Academy being loud or harassing stuff.”

“We stopped in yesterday on our way to an event we had set-up and needed to eat on the go… I don’t always write reviews, but this place had the absolute best breakfast I’ve ever had. I’m a huge pancake lover and I’ve had them just about everywhere but nothing compares to blueberry pancakes that were here! Unbelievably good! My husband ordered a veggie breakfast bowl and he also raved about how good it was. The food didn’t feel overly greasy and make you regret it after eating. It was good quality, good cooking. Ice coffee was also the best, could you tell me what brand? We don’t live close by but we’ll definitely be back. Also, staff was super nice! Than you so much!”

“Seems a lot of people will complain if there's a minor inconvenience, but won't leave a positive review if they have a good experience... I stopped in shortly before 6PM to grab an quick bite to eat and a coffee for the drive home. Got the $5 two wake-up wrap and iced coffee combo. The employee greeted me when I walked in, let me know in advance they were out of some items so I wouldn't get disappointed after ordering, and prepared my order quickly and handed it over with a smile. 10/10, would visit again.”

“We ate lunch at Himalaya Curry House for the first time this afternoon. We highly recommend. The food was phenomenal-excellent Northern Indian cuisine. (I don’t like Southern Indian cuisine. The prices are very reasonable. The portions are very generous and we both went home with enough left over for another entire meal. I had the Chicken Tikka Masala, basmati rice spiced with Cumin. My daughter had the Black Pepper chicken, same rice and we shared a side of Aloo Gobi cauliflower florets in a spicy, creamy sauce. There was complimentary chutneys (3 different flavors served with pita crackers. My patient’s family is from Northern India and the mom cooks exquisite Indian food. Fed me home made dinner every work night. That is how I was introduced to spectacular Northern Indian food , so I have a good palate for high quality. The atmosphere is average. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful assisting us with our choices. We will definitely go back again to try different entrees. The menu is extensive!”
