“The food is very fresh,consistent in freshness. In the a month I've gone there 3 times. Employees are polite. Bathroom clean as well as the seating tables. Outside tables could use more attention. Now that students are back,new employees so patience and consideration is needed.“

“Highly recommend Captain Jacks in Easthampton, MA. Lobster roll is enormous, not smothered in mayo or other heavy sauces. Very tender. Fried claims/colhogs are lightly fried, no sand, great portion. I keep going back because no one can beat them.“

“This is a bar in fact, an Irish bar. The music was a bit loud, but that's to be expected in bar often. We were there for dinner.A large pretzel with 2 different kinds of dip was very good. As was the sweet potato fries. We also had a salad which was tasty and I had tomato bisque soup which was very good.“

It was hard not to get them when I went the second time, but I got the salmon instead and was not disappointed. It was cooked perfectly. Broccoli was steamed quickly I think and then also browned off, but still had a bit of crisp to them. Also got the Brussels sprout appetizer and we devoured them, they were amazing! “This place has been a family favorite since I was a kid. My tastes have changed a lot since then, but there's something on the menu for everyone here. I used to be a picky eater (cheese pizza) and now I'm having a hard time deciding what to eat because it's ALL GREAT! The white goat pizza is a go-to for me and my sister when we're dining together. Eggplant Parmesan is awesome. I could eat my body weight in zucchini fries. This is such a warm, casual atmosphere and the service is really good and friendly. We always feel at home at Roberto's.“
