Took 15 minutes to order and receive plain coffee and a tea. Huge line formed behind me. When I carried it out, covers flipped open and drink spilled all over the place. Cover not correct for the cup. Drink Ok, but too frustrated to enjoy.
Twice I've gotten ice coffee from here that was undrinkable. It tasted like it had been stored in a container that had once contained tomato juice that had not been thoroughly cleaned. Not even close to the quality of other supermarket based Starbucks.
