“Pizza is ultra thin! Could've use more toppings but it was good. 1000 degree oven cooks super fast! Wedge salad was delicious. Server would ask if we needed anything then whip around to get it without letting the rest of us speak and got annoyed when we asked for additional items when she returned. As a server myself, I make a point to list things needed all at once but she was too quick. We felt we were keeping her from something?“

“We had the rueben and some chicken wings. Both yummy. Great fries and not too many. Hot and crunchy. It was a rainy night and the AC was blowing on us. I'm guessing it's a good atmosphere for a warm summer day but for us cold, not helped by a table of heavily drinking golfers who were loud, and super crude. The hard surfaces amplified their noise. We should have sat with everyone else at the other end of the restaurant with everyone else. It was too late by the time we figured it out. Staff was awesome. Tara and Mike.“

“Delicious, hearty chicken pot pie with a surprising little side of orange cranberry sauce that really set it off. The Reuben was a bit in the small side, though the corned beef tasted fantastic.

We were quickly seated, greeted warmly by multiple staff, and a kind waitress took care of us. Glad we stopped by on a whim!“

A wide range of beverages and condiments. The food was freshly made, and warm. The restuarant is clean, bright and welcoming, with table seating, counter stools and take-out. Highly recommend when you find yourself in the Chatham area.“

“Sunbird is one of my favorite breakfast spots on the cape. The food is unique and wholesome. My favorites are the breakfast tacos and chai latte. I love the picnic tables and patio in the back - such a relaxing spot to enjoy quiet or a catch up with friends!“

Try the Lemon Drop martini: cucumber infused vodka, mulled basil ( for 3 days), a splash of Cointreau, lemon and simple syrup. Quite refreshing for a summer day. “Up visiting my folks on Cape Cod and we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast experience. Alexis our server had a bubbly and warm personality and made our breakfast most enjoyable. She took our orders with patience and made sure we had all we needed to satisfy our needs. Our breakfast arrived in no time my wife had the garden omelette I had the western omelette mom had the cheese omelette and dad had the 2 egg special and all were cooked to perfection. We had coffee refills without asking. I would give this breakfast experience 5 stars the food was excellent and Alexis is a major asset to this fine establishment.“

“We happened to be in Orleans and decided to grab an early dinner at The Barley Neck. We started with a dozen raw oysters and a bottle of French Chardonnay. The oysters were so fresh and delicious we ordered a second dozen. My husband had a lobster pasta dish for his entree and I had a Thai style tuna steak. Both were delicious, but a special thumbs up for the tuna. It was without a doubt the BEST tuna steak I’ve ever had! We finished with the pineapple upside down cake special! O.M.G. Everything was consistently amazing. The service was attentive and welcoming! From beginning to end the experience as a whole was on point! 10 out of 10!“

“Very friendly waitress named Deborah. Loud restaurant. Our scallop dinners were good. The mushroom risotto a bit undercooked. Clam chowder tasted great. Never had a blueberry white chocolate bread pudding. That was delicious and enjoyed by both of us! The tea service was elegant with a pot and cup in one.“

“A short drive to this brewery was well worth it. Most of their seating is outside so make sure you go on a nice day. There were lots of selections on draft as well as cans. “This place is great! I visited in the fall and had a couple Cape Cod Mules and some buffalo shrimp and it was delicious. The bartender Beau was friendly and was doing tricks behind the bar the whole time. The vibe was beachy but local, the people at the bar were all friendly and talkative.
And to top it all off the beach is right across the road. The whole atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. As someone visiting during the off season the staff made me feel like a local.
Come here for a casual lunch and go for a walk on the beach afterwards.
