Let me tell you, they were busy, but they were more polite and courteous than I have seen from places that were fully staffed. They deserve a bonus for sure. Our only suggestion would be to consider allowing split checks; not being able to do so made things tricky for a large group. “I come here every so often. Just a local doughnut shop where you can also buy scratch tickets/tobacco. My go-to is the glazed chocolate. Relatively smaller doughnut but it is just the right size if you don't want to feel too guilty. Service is always excellent but I never tried any of the breakfast sandwiches.“

The two gentleman behind the counter kept their composure and professionalism as they tried to resolve the situation. She then left in a car. I commend the staff of their patience and desire to make the customer happy even when it feels undeserved and I hope the manager gives them proper recognition of their hard work.“

“I’m at a loss for words, this is maybe one of the best Dunkin Donuts in the country. We pulled up to the window and were greeted by a friendly “hi can I help you!”. We ordered our food and were only in line for a minute or two on a busy morning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating of our large order, and gave us PLENTY of napkins. “Double drive-through! They have TWO drive-through windows, one on each side of the building, and it looks like they open the second lane during busy times. It was hopping while I was there, but the drive-through lines moved very quickly. Food and coffee were just as I ordered. (The bacon was a little under-cooked compared to other Dunks, but it wasn't bad.)Tip this fine crew well. They deserve it!“

“I mostly use the drive-thru and order ahead online. Its usually hit or miss; most of the time its a miss. It feels like everytime I give a cash tip, something always happens where I regret tipping; a sandwich is forgotten or a drink wasn't made. The brightside of ordering online is that if something was forgotten and the realization doesn't hit until later on, I can always get my money back for the missing items.“

I would like to share an incident I witnessed during a recent visit to this Dunkin' Donuts location with my daughter. A customer became involved in a dispute with the staff due to an extended wait time. The customer proceeded to use derogatory language towards the staff, prompting the manager to intervene. The manager explained that the location was short-staffed due to three employees being in training and that the customer was the only individual complaining. The manager then politely asked the customer to leave and not return, citing the availability of other Dunkin' Donuts locations in the area. The customer's behavior escalated further, and she became irate upon being asked to leave. The customer's use of profanity in front of her child was particularly disturbing. As a regular customer at this location, I have never experienced any issues or witnessed such behavior. However, the manager handled the situation professionally and was left with no choice but to refund the customer's order and ask her not to return. The manager also made it clear that any future incidents would result in law enforcement involvement. As a gesture of goodwill, the manager provided me with a complimentary order of 25 Munchkins, which I had purchased while waiting for the situation to resolve. I appreciate the manager's commitment to supporting her staff and maintaining a positive environment. The manager's actions were entirely justified, and I commend her for her professionalism. This Dunkin' Donuts location will continue to be my preferred establishment, and I appreciate the excellent service provided by the entire staff. Their dedication to maintaining a positive atmosphere is truly commendable.“
