Still the best to-go seafood place in the area. The portion is big and seafood is as fresh as you can get. Price is much more reasonable than other places close by considering seafood is not cheap by default. Made my yearly trip back to the area I grew up. Hingham lobster pound was always the best fried clams on the south shore. Had them today and they weren't as good as they usually are. The portion was considerably smaller than they have always been. The whole belly clams also weren't as plump as they always have been. They just didn't taste them same still a good whole belly clam plate. But they lacked the wow they always have had.

Great spot to buy fish and lobster to cook as well as to buy prepared food and take home. Also, they have a picnic table where you can eat there, or you can join the locals by driving down 3A about 1/4 mile to the Hingham Bathing Beach, parking with a view of the water, and enjoying your meal there.
