This was absolutely amazing! The Oreo milkshake was one of the best I’ve ever had — thick, cold, and packed with rich cookie and cream flavor. The whipped cream and chocolate drizzle on top were the perfect touch. I also appreciated the tamper-evident seal — it felt clean and safe.

And those mini cinnamon rolls? Next level! Classic, caramel, pecan, and Oreo — each one was fresh, warm, and melted in my mouth. They didn’t skimp on the toppings either — everything was loaded and super tasty. Honestly, it was hard to stop eating.

“Family friendly, clean comfortable atmosphere. The best Italian pastries and cakes in Western Mass. There are several similar types of establishments but Giovanni’s has been the best I’ve tried locally and I make the drive from several towns over for their pastries, coffee, breakfast sandwiches, etc. I can’t recommend them enough.“

I wish I still lived close by. the earliest memories of them, I was 4 or 5 years old. I miss those days (and the bread sticks LOL)“

“Thank you for the GORGEOUS cake!! Greggory kindly didn’t laugh at me for coming in half an hour before closing last night looking for a birthday treat. I was planning to just pick up some cupcakes or whatever he had left, but he was kind enough to make me a custom cake instead! It’s lemon cake with raspberry filling, and a gorgeous buttercream frosting. Sooooo delicious! And he went out of his way to make it beautiful, and still had it for next day. I’m so delighted with it. 😀 Highly recommend his shop for all your pastry needs! Also, definitely try the Russian tea cakes!“
