“Went today for the first time. Loved the vibe of the place. Very cozy. Got the lobster roll, and honestly it was one of the best I have ever had. Bun was grilled to perfection, just enough mayo, and beautifully presented. The chocolate chip cookie was gooey and soft. I was very satisfied. To top it all off, I left my purse there and they stayed open past closing so I could return to get it. Can't wait for a return visit. Go, you won't be disappointed!“

Two weeks ago I was here and the girl that was at the register left the register because she was under pressure because supposedly I ordered too many things! She walked away crying if you can’t handle the pressure don’t work somewhere! I don’t know today when I went back to Panera bread the girl with the yellow nails was so nice to me, she is a great worker, but come to find out, the nice Brazilian girl in the kitchen said you complains last time and you made the girl cry I said how did I complain I never complained! Maybe she was just having a bad day but not because of me! I felt kind of off guard when I went to pick up my food, So again if you can’t handle the pressure don’t work at Panera bread! It’s my money and I spend it where I want to spend it I work hard for it so Customer is always right I wasn’t rude I was always pleasant every time I come here or anywhere I go me and my service dog! I like an apology from Panera bread this is a palling very disturbing! If I ask for something extra I pay extra for it bottom line the customers always right, if you want them to return! Treat them well, & leave your problems at home don’t bring them to work with you blaming others that your upset with them when in fact it’s something else that’s going on in your life! I did not treat her badly at all! For the record the rest of the staff is very nice, but when the girl started crying of course I felt very bad for her I thought someone died in her family or something no one told me that she was upset with me! Course I feel still feel bad for the poor girl maybe somethings happening in her life that she took it out on me on the customer don’t bring your problems to work! I hope that the manager talks to the girl to comfort her what ever she is upset with! But I know it was not me!“

“What a great addition to Northborough! I love the way they have brought a little bit of northern Italy to our central mass town. I live down the street and couldn’t be happier to have fresh delicious sandwiches so close to home. YUM. We just discovered this spot and have already ordered four times. “My wife and I took our 3 year old daughter to check out this new coffee shop after it came up in a Google search. Let me say I had not met the couple that owns the shop before today, and yet I have never felt so invested in wanting to see a new shop succeed as much as I did this one! The owners are a lovely young couple, extremely friendly, and accommodating. They love what they do and it shows in the quality of the food. I ordered the Pi (egg sandwich) and a cold brew coffee. Both were excellent. They roast their own coffee beans and it had just the right amount of roasted coffee flavor. There were a dozen other things I wanted to try, including the creme brulee cheescake, the baklava cheese cake, and the Greek pies. My wife got a hot coffee with almond milk, mocha and peppermint. I like my coffee creamy, and this was the first coffee with almond milk that tasted good to me. I have found my new favorite coffee shop in the area. Whatever you're doing, drop it and visit Coffee & Pi now!“

With out fail, everyday I don’t have a work lunch I come here and bounce between the Angry Italian and the Crazy Caprese. The bread, the meats, the cheeses are all incredible on their own, but when the come together OMG.“

“I was early for an appointment in Sudbury and decided I was in dire need of caffeine on a cold rainy day, so I stopped at the drive thru for the first time & was wowed by the iced latte I ordered and the blueberry muffin also! The latte was strong, but not bitter, right up there with any Starbucks, Dunkin, or Honey Dew! And the muffin was amazing, much better than anything from a chain coffee shop, super sweet, flavorful & you could tell it was fresh! The barista couldn’t have been nicer! 10/10 I can’t wait to come back!! P.S. - located right near a tj maxx, perfect to stop if you’re doing a little shopping as well :)“

After being vaccinated and not eating out for 13 months, it was only fitting this was our first venture out. “30min wait on a Sunday AM at 10am. Once we sat down the service was fast and the food came really quickly. The waffles were very undercooked, but the rest of the food was great!

Every time I go I try something different and so far everything has been delicious, healthy 7 grains, traditional French, Irish soda bread (both traditional and white chocolate cranberry were amazing!) all different kinds of muffins and their scones!
