Two weeks ago I was here and the girl that was at the register left the register because she was under pressure because supposedly I ordered too many things! She walked away crying if you can’t handle the pressure don’t work somewhere! I asked if you was upset with me I ordered you pick 2 cream of broccoli soup one turkey bravo half of sandwich a cup of iced coffee and some chicken for my dog one orange scone! So what’s the problem! I don’t know today when I went back to Panera bread the girl with the yellow nails was so nice to me, she is a great worker, but come to find out, the nice Brazilian girl in the kitchen said you complains last time and you made the girl cry I said how did I complain I never complained! Maybe she was just having a bad day but not because of me! I felt kind of off guard when I went to pick up my food, So again if you can’t handle the pressure don’t work at Panera bread! It’s my money and I spend it where I want to spend it I work hard for it so Customer is always right I wasn’t rude I was always pleasant every time I come here or anywhere I go me and my service dog! I like an apology from Panera bread this is a palling very disturbing! If I ask for something extra I pay extra for it bottom line the customers always right, if you want them to return! Treat them well, & leave your problems at home don’t bring them to work with you blaming others that your upset with them when in fact it’s something else that’s going on in your life! I did not treat her badly at all! For the record the rest of the staff is very nice, but when the girl started crying of course I felt very bad for her I thought someone died in her family or something no one told me that she was upset with me! Course I feel still feel bad for the poor girl maybe somethings happening in her life that she took it out on me on the customer don’t bring your problems to work! I hope that the manager talks to the girl to comfort her what ever she is upset with! But I know it was not me!“

“Delicious food. We tried take out on a whim. The pizzas are amazing, super flavorful and a great crust. They have many different unique options as well. Their homemade greek dressing was great too. Only thing we didn’t like was the potato wedges, they were super oily and had no flavor, we were disappointed in those. Otherwise we will return!“

“Went for first time 3/3/24 and caught the end of the brunch buffet around 4pm. The food was flavorful, fresh, and overall excellent. Something for everyone in that buffet -it's not overly seasoned, and they had several deserts that use natural sweeteners (like dates and figs) with no added sugar. They keep the food areas very well attended and clean. I will be back again and again, what a great find!“

Today however I need to absolutely rave about the cake made for my dad’s birthday. I sent a picture of a beer can and asked for a cake based on the can and holy moly did they pull out all the stops. They have a great selection of seasonal specials and drinks as well as staples on the menu that I come back for over and over. I started with the pickle bloody mary, which was fabulous, they infuse the vodka in-house with dill pickles. My friend had the frittatta with homefries that they cook with onions. They were amazing! I had the sweet potato hash with ground beef, two eggs, topped with a flavorful hollandaise. It's a scratch kitchen, and you can tell everything was fresh and seasoned perfectly. “I order pickle hause deli frequently & every single time the quality is amazing. Salads are nice & fresh, chicken salad is DELICIOUS i almost always have to get a pound of it. And i’ve never had any issues. I typically order through door dash & have never had an issue when customizing my order, and it always arrives exactly the way it should. I’ve seen some reviews say they didn’t receive order correctly and things of that nature, but maybe if you like your order so custom, call ! “I visited MA for family vacation from rochester NY. Since I work as chef at golden harvest bakery and cafe, I really impressed their high quality food. The staffs are so awesome. They know how to find a way to communicate since I am deaf. There is no barrier for me. I approved their foods. I do highly recommends everyone to try this restaurant. It is the better way than Texas Brazilian chain restaurants. Their price is very reasonable! $24.99 for buffet while Texas Brazilian is way over $60 (silly). However, the last few months several of our orders have been made incorrectly and today one of our sandwiches came with a rubber band melted into the sandwich... While the ingredients continue to be extremely high quality, the service creation and delivery has declined drastically.

“Walkability: Many miles of walking trails throughout the property. They are easy-walk-not much up & down hill, but, still beautiful!
Most trails are lumpy with tree roots, so wear supportive shoes. I wouldn't take a residental-type wheel chair on the trails I walked, but an off-road one, with big tires would probably be fine.“
