“Stopped here for breakfast 2 mornings last week. Ordered the Mediterranean Benedict and the Shakshouka. Others in our group had waffles, Royale Benedict, hash browns, hash, mimosas and bloody marys. All very good and reasonably priced. I'm glad we tried it. We'll be back to see Aaron and his crew.“

WE FINALLY WENT, THE MINUTE I WALKED IN THE PERSON AT CASHIER SAID WHEN YOUR READY TO ORDER YOU COME HERE, BLINDED BY IT AS IS A RESTAURANT NOT A FAST FOOD SPOT I LOOKED AT HER AND ASK FOR THE MENU SHE LOOKS AT ME AND POINTS INFRONT OF HER TO GO GET IT MIND YOU, THERE ARE 3 OTHER PEOPLE BEHIND HER WHO WORK THERE .....I LET IT PASS AND TRIED TO GIVE THIS PLACE A SECOND CHANCE COMING BACK THE FOLLOWING WEEK AS THE FOOD ACTUALLY WAS GOOD THE WEEK PRIOR. WELL SERVICE WAS ONLY WORSE THIS TIME AROUND, THE WOMAN AT CASHIER LOOKED BOTHER BY JUST BEING THERE TAKING OUR ORDER AS THE TIME PRIOR OTHER PEOPLE BEHIND HER WHO ALSO WORKED THERE STANDING JUST THERE. WE GET OUR FOOD REALIZING I GOT CORN TORTILLAS ASKED IF THEY CAN BE SWITCHED TO FLOURONE OF THE EMPLOYEES RESPONSE WELL IF YOU DON'T EAT THEM THERE GOING TO THE TRASH AND I AM LOOKING AT HER LIKE OKAY IS FINE CAN I PAY FOR AN EXTRA ORDER OF TORTILLAS OF FLOUR. THE AMOUNT OF DISPLEASSURE THESE WOMAN HAVE BEING THEIR IS SO UNCOMFORTABLE DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SERVED, ASIDE FROM THE FOOD FEELING SO RUSH THIS TIME AROUND AS WE GOT THERE AT 8 THEY CLOSED AT 10PM. I UNDERSTAND RESTAUTANT INDUSTRY IS NOT EASY BUT FOR ME TO GO TO AND SPEND MY MONEY IN A PLACE THAT FEELS SO FORCED TO WORK IS NOT WORTH MY TIME NOR MONEY.“

“Wow, what a happy little accident we had stumbling into Angela’s Cafe before a flight. We only had an hour before needing to drop off a rental and head out from BOS, and Angela’s was one of the few places open on July 4th. Couldn’t have been happier to have found it.

The service was stellar from the beginning. The place is very small, but given it was 100+ outside, one man was holding the door so it stayed cool inside for patrons. Our server was attentive and quick, helping us with the menu and doing it with a smile.

The food was excellent as well! We had the al pastor tacos, huevos poblanos, and a side of plantains. The price was extremely reasonable for Boston (we’re from the midwest) and I even got an iced coffee to cool down on a miserably hot day.

We were in and out in 30-45 minutes, with plenty of time to take the car back and leave Boston. We’ll remember our time at Angela’s fondly.“

“I went here with a friend for a quick dinner before going out to watch the World Cup game, but unfortunately we had to stay longer because there was a bad storm. We didn’t mind at all though since they had the game on the TVs and the food and drinks were delicious! I had the pozole and a few different margarita flavors. My friend ate the fajitas and loved them. Will definitely go back!“

“I ordered my daughters 6th birthday cake from La Casa Del Pandebono and it literally the best experience I’ve ever had with any business. Not only was the custom cake beautiful and delicious, they provided a level of exceptional customer service that I didn’t even know existed. The “Tangled” cake included a beautiful edible gold crown as it’s center piece, and it was packaged separately. Despite my best efforts to handle it carefully, I accidentally broke it the night before the birthday party. I texted the owner asking if he has recommendations for me to reassemble it (knowing it was unlikely, but I was desperate). He immediately responded and asked for my address, letting me know he’d deliver a new one when he closed the store (I live in another town). I was shocked at his generosity and beyond grateful. As an expression of gratitude, a sent him an additional tip which he politely attempted to reject (I wouldn’t allow it…haha). In return, he delivered not only the grown, but an order of birria tacos and an empanada (which I was admiring when I went to pick up the cake) - literally the best tacos I’ve ever had. I cannot emphasize how touched I was by this experience. La Casa Del Pandebono is a rare gem - baked goods that are truly a work of art, and incredible food that is only surpassed by the unbelievable customer service. I will be a customer for life.“

“Great flavor in the 3 different tacos we had. The birra-quesadilla was also very good along with a side of guacamole and chips. The house hot sauce was flavorful and spicy. There weretables both inside and outside for eating inside. The high top chairs are a little narrow so it may be harder to sit for some of us who have larger backsides. “Small family owned taqueria with really generous portions of traditional Mexican comfort classics. I had the tacos al pastor on authentic soft corn tortillas and they were excellent. Our table started with a platter of enchiladas, some chorizo and some chicken, and they were also really good. There are only four tables for dining in, but it looks like many people get their food for delivery anyway.“
