“We are doing a world cruise on the Coral Princess and went to Yankee Lobster for lunch. It was absolutely delicious, heaps of lobster in the roll and fries too. My hubby had a roast chicken sandwich with fries and a Fresh Lobster Ale as well and he loved it. We had a recommendation from our tour guide and a taxi concierge... so we knew it had to be good when the locals say to go there. I forgot to show our waiter the photo I took of him, so I hope he sees it here.. Thank you 10/10 gor food and service.“

“The first time as a European tourist in Boston, of course, was also on my wish list to try a "lobster roll" for the first time in my life.\n\nOn a walk to the harbour, I came across JAMES HOOK & Co, where I was simply approached by the charming house, the decoration, the planting and the information that it was founded in 1925. \n\nMy credo is always "If a business has been on the market for such a long time...they know what they are doing, do it with passion and just have to be good + if someone values the external design, they also give value to their food and will prepare it well and create an appropriate ambience for them to shine and taste".\n\nUnfortunately, I had to realize that I was there three minutes before closing time, the employees were in the middle of cleaning up and cleaning. So I took a heart and asked one of the employees if I could still order a Lobster Roll quickly as it would be my last day in Boston and I would like to try a Lobster Roll once in my life. So he asked a colleague, who in turn went into the house and asked someone there. \n\nHe invited me to come in and I quickly ordered the original ...which I received within a minute and ate outside.\n\nSometimes simple compilations can be so good...even if you as a European can't imagine that at first and initially feel pity for the lobster that landed its triggered meat in simple mayo on a warm light simple bun...but honestly: \n\nIt was really delicious...and the composition was coherent. \nThe lobster meat was of very good quality...you could just taste it. It was nicely mixed with the delicious majo and pulled through, plus the warm bun....simple but damn delicious and authentic. \n\nI can wholeheartedly recommend it...and obviously many others. Because as I only read later, when I looked around on their website, JAMES HOOK & Co even received several awards.\n\nBesides, it is an owner-managed family business in the third generation..and such businesses that are an original and bring a lot of work and passion to their actions, I think it is important to support!“

“Absolutely love this place and it’s staff! The ice cream is delicious and there is a huge selection of flavors. The ice cream sandwiches are to die for. They are made with homemade cookies, so delicious. Maggie is crushing it! The owner Matthew is so kind and friendly and openly invites suggestions! **Allergy friends, they keep all nuts separate from everything else in the back. We were very pleased. We’ve already made two trips this week!!“
“The service here is exceptional. Everyone goes above and beyond to take care of you and I haven’t seen a single employee not smiling. “Had a wonderful time, especially thanks to the tour guide(s) at 4 pm. The main leader, “Sarah,” definitely made the experience worthwhile. There was a giant group of young kids that weren’t paying much attention (as young kids do-not a complaint) yet we were able to learn and enjoy the amazing museum and experiences nonetheless. They were very accommodating, humorous, and well equipped to handle large groups of people while keeping their attention. We liked the experience and would go back.“

“I ordered my daughters 6th birthday cake from La Casa Del Pandebono and it literally the best experience I’ve ever had with any business. Not only was the custom cake beautiful and delicious, they provided a level of exceptional customer service that I didn’t even know existed. The “Tangled” cake included a beautiful edible gold crown as it’s center piece, and it was packaged separately. Despite my best efforts to handle it carefully, I accidentally broke it the night before the birthday party. I texted the owner asking if he has recommendations for me to reassemble it (knowing it was unlikely, but I was desperate). He immediately responded and asked for my address, letting me know he’d deliver a new one when he closed the store (I live in another town). I was shocked at his generosity and beyond grateful. As an expression of gratitude, a sent him an additional tip which he politely attempted to reject (I wouldn’t allow it…haha). In return, he delivered not only the grown, but an order of birria tacos and an empanada (which I was admiring when I went to pick up the cake) - literally the best tacos I’ve ever had. I cannot emphasize how touched I was by this experience. La Casa Del Pandebono is a rare gem - baked goods that are truly a work of art, and incredible food that is only surpassed by the unbelievable customer service. I will be a customer for life.“

“Always order from this store, easy to order online and they have it ready quickly. Order is always spot on and tastes amazing. Staff is super nice and helpful. Store is small but nice, the only issue is parking which can be difficult. It's one of the only really good bubble tea shops on the South shore, I'm so glad it's so good!“
“This place is awesome and one of my favorite coffee shops in the area. I've been here a number of times and service is always good. Food is always freshly delicious and they even have Matcha Lattes. “The team at Levain Bakery helped make my son's 16th birthday extra special, and I'm so grateful! Sixteen can be such a hard age to celebrate in a way that feels meaningful, but they completely delivered. From the beginning, they were so easy to communicate with and genuinely cared about making his day memorable. Though mom wasn't cool enough to tag along, they kindly sent videos showing just how happy and special he felt. It's clear they put real heart into what they do, and their warmth and attention to detail turned a simple bakery visit into a cherished birthday memory. Thank you for going above and beyond!“

“Honestly, the bagels are always awesome, but the customer service is so great. They are so busy and yet somehow everybody working there happens to be happy, smiling and fun. Shout out to Recco who answered all my questions about cinnamon butter lol. He also really explained everything about pop-up bagel and he was super helpful in a very busy chaotic setting. Whoever is reading this, whoever has some sort of push bring back the cinnamon butter every day all day every month it does not need to go away cinnamon butter, forever.“

“A cozy, small restaurant tucked away within downtown Cohasset. I especially wanted to give an enormous shoutout to the extremely generous jumbo lobster sandwich that they sold during this time. It was expensive, as expected, but it did not disappoint in terms of its mass. It was huge, delicious and presentable.
The atmosphere is, as I stated before, cozy, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. It was definitely more on the quieter side--which I preferred that day--though that may depend on the time and season when you visit.
If you're walking or driving around town, I strongly recommend stopping by here, as it is an easy 5-stars for me.“
“Visited on 4/15/25 around 2:30 PM. The staff working this day were very friendly and patient as we figured out what beer we wanted to try. They offer half pours which allowed us to try multiple varieties and the quality was very good. The brewery had 80's and 90's music playing at a comfortable volume which we enjoyed. Seating inside the taproom was basic picnic tables as we've seen in other breweries. On this day, there weren't a lot of customers so it was somewhat quiet.“
“Definitely worth checking out if you’re at Marina Bay or in the area. Aside from being a prime location, this is one of the only places in Boston that is dog friendly! You can bring your own food, order from the shops nearby or support vendors at BRB. Their tap list rotates often so there is always something new to try. Additionally, they always have different events going on and varying vendors at the brewery. The vibes here are unmatched, especially for the area ( Q can be a bit sleepy). We need more places like BRB in Quincy.“
“We had a wonderful time at Barrell Z House this past Saturday. Our bartender, dressed in Germany garb for Oktoberfest, was so friendly and helpful. We had our little dog Ella with us and was made to feel welcome. Our bartender even brought us a fresh bowl of water for her. We got some delicious sirloin sliders for us and doggie biscuits with PB for Ella from the food truck. My husband and I enjoyed the IPA. We tasted two different types, one more fruity and aroma, the other more hoppy. We’re hop heads and both agreed that the more hoppy one was our fav! They have a nice, shady outdoor area with Adirondack chairs, a great space to soak up the beer and sunshine these early fall days.“

“Prior coming in, I notified via booking that it was my anniversary. So when I came in, a cute letter congratulating us on our anniversary was a super cute. “I walk by this place every day and wonder why no one is in here, I assumed it was bad. We finally stopped by to try it and all I can say is I don't understand why it’s not packed like every other place on W Broadway. The food was so good and what made the experince incredible was the warmth and hospitality from who I can only assume was the owner. She was great, and it felt like I was a friend having a meal at her home. Great wine recommendations and helpful tips on food. We will definitely be coming back!“
