“I love this place. My friends introduced it to me when I first moved to the area and my husband, son, and I have been going ever since. They do dollar oysters every day until 5:30pm, which is hard to find these days. It's the best deal in town! We also love the poutine and there's usually a few great local/seasonal beers on draft. Great atmosphere and the guys who work here are friendly, efficient, and helpful. Highly recommend!“

“We hosted a staff social at the Banshee for a group of about 30. The upstairs space is comfortable and private. The food was delicious and the bar staff was very attentive. There is a private bathroom upstairs and plenty of space for our group. We will definitely return next year.“

“Cityside is our go-to spot in Cleveland Circle. Great menu that changes up seasonally and good, strong cocktails. Jessica J. is especially awesome, I have Celiac and she does too, she was able to guide me through their plentiful gluten free options!

“Bukowski’s is a classic “Dive Bar” in Boston’s Back Bay. 50 Dalton Street, across from the Prudential Center/Hynes Convention Center. Best tasting cheese burgers and fries around for little dinero. So, if you love Rock N’ Roll and other Poets, living or dead? Bukowski’s is a must experience.

“We came for a conference here in Lowell and it broke out for lunch and thousands of people were looking for a place to eat all at once so it was super super busy and the line was long but the gentleman who was the server, the bus boy and everthing else all in one... did a fantastic job.. all with a smile and great service. The food was one of the best I've had in a Mexican restuaruant as well so I know the cooks know what they are doing. I can not get over how one man got everything done with such an amazing attitude. I hope noone complains about the wait because the service and food were outstanding.“

“The nerdy vibe makes this neighborhood pub unique. The service and atmosphere are always pleasant and fun. It’s amazing I’m sure the staff came and went, but the tradition and vibe seem to be carried on after all these years.

The most unique (nerdy) thing is the menu in the format of a periodical table. They pretty much kept the same menu as 20 years ago when I went to the small institute of tech down on mass ave. :)

It was a special place for a treat when I was a poor student back in the days. Now my family visit this place as a special treat every time we are in the neighborhood.

“I really like the atmosphere and good service at the restaurant. I ordered Full Irish breakfast dish and it was unexpectedly big plate. The food was very good and Bloody Maria drink helped as well. Overly, I recommend the place. I took one star off because of the parking issues. The parking is not existent next to the restaurant and you have to drive around to find a spot.“

“Great Irish Bar! We stopped on our way back from seeing the Queen concert at TD Gardens. It was late so the kitchen had closed. We're not from the Boston area, but we felt really welcomed. Live music had left, but the music on playtunes was great! The bartender, was so friendly. My only regret is that this bar isn't where we live. When we come back to Somerville, Sally O'Brien's is a warm & friendly bar. A must stop! Thank you.“

“Second time here within 6 months. Last time they were good and I vowed I would give them another try. Last time there was no table service, I sat at the counter then. The place was lively and the food was decent. This time I ordered veggie omelet with shelled eggs and beef sausage with home fries and grits on the side, plus coffee. Then I sat down.

Prompt service from Ms. Edna..she's on point. She's personable, has great multitasking skills, and tries to anticipate your wants in a timely fashion. The only issue I had was with the home fries. Some of them were undercooked and you need to use a generous amount of salt/ pepper for the grits.

If I'm in the area, I will stop in for a decent, generously proportioned meal. Breakfast or lunch. Solid choice“

“We stopped in after a movie on an early Saturday evening. It wasn't too crowded so we got seats near the street. Our servers (both of whom were working the bar as well) were just wonderful. Answered all of our questions and served good drinks. The menu has something for everyone. It is "bar" food but it was really nice. The food was cooked perfectly and all 4 of our meals were very tasty with just the right portions. We were glad we came and although we don't spend a lot of time in the area we would not hesitate to go back. Give this one a try!!!“

“Do not miss out on the Caramel Lobster roll. Hands down the best lobster I have ever had. Incredible. The staff is amazing, super helpful, kind, considerate and authentically happy. Our server went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Not an open air rooftop restaurant but the view is nice if you are facing away from the convention center. A bit noisy, lots of noise coming from the adjoining pool. I give Lifted 5 stars 10/10 on food and service.“

“I am working with this venue on producing club, live and multimedia events. They have recently upgraded the sound system, lighting and stage and are revamping everything rapidly to create an excellent and rare environment for live shows, club nights and multimedia events. The Boston area has needed a venue like this for a long time.“

“Food is great. Not that many vegetarian options but offers a good selection. Prices are reasonable and it's a safe and comfortable atmosphere. Make sure to ask for specials of the day. There are great combos to try. Service is fast and there is a lot of seating available which helps when it's busy.“

“I was hoping to order a la carte, but my only option was the breakfast buffet. Our waiter was less than enthusiastic. The buffet was well stocked and the lady who made my omelette was sweet and she did a nice job. Bananas Foster were yummy. I think we got there at a good time. It was quiet. I would hate to be there when it gets busy. It was ok, but I wish it had been a tad cheaper for what it was.“
