“I didn't go to Dunkins a couple of years ago because the service and coffee was awful. Since the leader Tiffany took over as Manager the atmosphere, food and store is amazing. The coffee and food is great. Tiffany and staff have turned that store into a place where you like to go. Thank you Tiffany and crew for everything you have done to turn that store around.“

“Have to give a huge shoutout to The Boundless Bean! I pre-ordered some cinnamon rolls for Easter morning. Kiel, my son, went to pick them up and the order was not there, they were given to someone else by mistake and only one cinnamon roll was left in the shop. Elena called me, she not only rectified the situation she went above and beyond. After having a Birthday dinner for her son she not only baked us our cinnamon roll order but she threw a few extra surprises in the bag! And did I mention that she delivered them to my door!! Customer service at its best! Shop local, shop small business!! Go to The Boundless Bean!!“

“The atmosphere is very nice here and staff incredibly friendly. Coffee is delicious- my only complaint would be that the lattes are never warm enough. I like my coffee hot, the lattes are luke warm. I always have to bring mine home to heat it unfortunately.“

“One of the only Starbucks that actually has a parking lot. Usually if you park at a Starbucks parking lot the drive-thru is right in the middle of the parking lot and you can't get out. Why did they design it like that. Anybody know? 🤣“

“Some of the best coffee I have had! A true hidden gem in Bridgewater! Great prices for the quality!“
“I wish they would answer the phone ever or fix door dash so that you can select how many sugars and how many creams on extra specialty coffee's. Currently you cant select any amount of cream or sugar it just stays at ONE. Otherwise it makes it kinda pointless to use. Also adding extra extra mocha as an option as that is how i like my coffee made. Please fix this for customers.“

“The Saturday morning queue snakes through this Southcoast Marketplace Starbucks, but something arrests the eye beyond corporate milk steamer choreography. Dominating the eastern wall, massive murals transform another sterile retail box into genuine artistic space.
These aren't saccharine coffee-farm vignettes typically deployed by headquarters. Artist unknown (telling corporate oversight), the works pulse with tropical intensity—emerald terraces cascading down mountainsides while toucans create visual symphony authentically rooted in coffee's origins. The left panel particularly succeeds, its layered composition moving from foreground cherries to distant peaks with genuine sophistication.
Museum-quality track lighting washes across canvases, making exposed ductwork feel intentional rather than budget-conscious. The effect is arresting enough that usual Starbucks soundtrack—grinding, steaming, ordering—recedes into ambient texture.
What's remarkable: these murals function as aesthetic achievement and business strategy. While customers endure notoriously lengthy waits (this location's operational Achilles heel), artwork provides genuine engagement. Unlike most corporate art existing to offend no one, these pieces reward sustained viewing. Agricultural romanticism works subliminally, connecting the $7.44 iced matcha latte to something more primal than caffeine delivery.
Architecturally, the space succeeds through restraint. Polished concrete and neutral walls let murals breathe, while mid-century furniture creates clusters without cluttering. The vocabulary speaks to Starbucks' premium positioning while acknowledging Fall River's working-class context—no small feat where coffee culture historically meant Portuguese cafés.
From business perspective, this represents corporate art deployment at peak effectiveness. Murals justify higher prices through environmental differentiation, transforming commodity consumption into cultural experience. They solve the location's weakness—extensive waits—by providing engagement transcending smartphone scrolling.
The irony isn't lost: when third-wave shops fetishize minimalism, Starbucks achieves distinction through maximal visual storytelling. These murals don't just decorate; they transport, connecting Fall River's post-industrial landscape to coffee's global networks.
The art genuinely inspires agricultural fantasies. Terraced hillsides create powerful romantic associations—who wouldn't trade suburban Massachusetts for mountainside coffee farms? Marketing genius disguised as aesthetic experience.
Whether this represents corporate responsibility or sophisticated manipulation matters less than simple fact: it works. These murals elevate both coffee and conversation, proving even within capitalism's most standardized formats, genuine artistic engagement remains possible.
In Fall River's retail renaissance, this Starbucks emerges as unlikely cultural anchor—proof that when corporations invest in real art rather than focus-grouped decoration, everyone wins. Even if you're still waiting twenty minutes for that big SBUX chain matcha latte.“

“Please folks, you need to pay better attention to your orders. I am severely lactose intolerant and this is now the second time I’ve been given the chicken & cheese pocket instead of the vegan falafel pocket. Now I don’t have lunch for the day because I don’t have time to come back to the store every time this mistake is made. If I can’t trust the food, how can I trust that my drink is also dairy free? This is very serious for folks with allergies and intolerances.“

“Had an amazing experience today with Leo and Ava at this location they both went above and beyond to make sure my experience there was great even though they didn't have Rockstar to make my drink. I was able to leave there happy because Leo just made the moment better for me he really has an amazing positive energy that we need to see more in this world! Ava was great looking high and low trying to find the Rockstar for my drink! These 2 make me want to continue going to this location.“

“If I'm going to Marylou's, this is the typical location I'll go to. I've been meaning to review this location for some time now so here I go.
I only go through the drive-through and almost never have waited longer than 5-10 minutes here. There's usually no one in the line when I go and when there is, it's quick service; Between 12AM - Close from personal experience. Typically a clean drive through too which is super important to me. The coffees can be a hit or miss, but thats every location and it did depend on the baristas working at the time. This specific morning I got a Funky Finabla, and my friend got a Funny Bone and they were both perfect.
More often than not, this location never fails. I do find though that later in the evening though (4PM-Close) is when the quality in the coffee will decline. Not sure if it has to do with who's working or the fact its the end of the brews that have been sitting all day, but it can be unfortunate because sometimes I find I need coffee at those times a day the most.“
