“If I'm going to Marylou's, this is the typical location I'll go to. I've been meaning to review this location for some time now so here I go.

I only go through the drive-through and almost never have waited longer than 5-10 minutes here. There's usually no one in the line when I go and when there is, it's quick service; Between 12AM - Close from personal experience. Typically a clean drive through too which is super important to me. The coffees can be a hit or miss, but thats every location and it did depend on the baristas working at the time. This specific morning I got a Funky Finabla, and my friend got a Funny Bone and they were both perfect.

More often than not, this location never fails. I do find though that later in the evening though (4PM-Close) is when the quality in the coffee will decline. Not sure if it has to do with who's working or the fact its the end of the brews that have been sitting all day, but it can be unfortunate because sometimes I find I need coffee at those times a day the most.“

“I didn't go to Dunkins a couple of years ago because the service and coffee was awful. Since the leader Tiffany took over as Manager the atmosphere, food and store is amazing. The coffee and food is great. Tiffany and staff have turned that store into a place where you like to go. Thank you Tiffany and crew for everything you have done to turn that store around.“

“Have to give a huge shoutout to The Boundless Bean! I pre-ordered some cinnamon rolls for Easter morning. Kiel, my son, went to pick them up and the order was not there, they were given to someone else by mistake and only one cinnamon roll was left in the shop. Elena called me, she not only rectified the situation she went above and beyond. After having a Birthday dinner for her son she not only baked us our cinnamon roll order but she threw a few extra surprises in the bag! And did I mention that she delivered them to my door!! “The atmosphere is very nice here and staff incredibly friendly. Coffee is delicious- my only complaint would be that the lattes are never warm enough. I like my coffee hot, the lattes are luke warm. I always have to bring mine home to heat it unfortunately.“

“I wish they would answer the phone ever or fix door dash so that you can select how many sugars and how many creams on extra specialty coffee's. Currently you cant select any amount of cream or sugar it just stays at ONE. Otherwise it makes it kinda pointless to use. Also adding extra extra mocha as an option as that is how i like my coffee made. Please fix this for customers.“

“Just wanted to say that today on Mothers Day the staff At the Starbucks in Plainville was so patient and so kind, delivering each coffee with a smile. It was very busy and the app was turned off, probably due to the holiday, and there were a lot of very rude customers – the staff at the Starbucks handled it all very well, and with so much grace. As a former Chef I was very impressed. Making everyone’s individual coffees, all of them so unique, and so detailed, is not easy for even the most trained barista… And many of the customers were acting so entitled, and so rude, as if these staff members were ruining their whole Mother’s Day because they had to wait for their coffee! I was shocked and that is why I wanted to come in and say how much I appreciate the barista’s at the Plainville Starbucks - they do their jobs very Well, my coffee is always perfect and today I got to see them in action as they handled 35 scowling people, waiting for their order on a holiday. You guys rock and I thoroughly enjoyed my drink and egg bites today and you delivered with poise and smiles in the midst of being in the weeds! You made my Mothers Day!“

“Best Dunk's franchised business ever!! Everyone on the Dunk's team worked great together fulfilling customer orders quickly. Great attitudes of the staff.... it seemed they were on a mission to be the best Dunk's crew ever!! My wife and I placed our standard drink orders that were made to perfection! They got it right! We were in and out quickly. One word of caution... the parking can be crowded at times and pay particular attention when backing out. It could at times be a challenge when backing out of a space when customers are exiting from the drive thru. Other than that, it's one of the best Dunk's for a great Dunk's experience!!
