What it should be. And the ice cream. It's all great, but their pistachio is the best you will find. I'm the warmer months, they have the cruise nights. Authentic Italian Sue had the Tutto with mortadella, suppressants, Capitola, prosciutto stracciatella cheese, tomatoes, onions, pickles, hot cherry peppers and garden greens on delicious seeded bread. I had the LaGemma piadina with roast beef, tomatoes. Charred onions and herbed cheese. Both are excellent, Pictured is about a quarter of the sandwich. The “pick up” team member saw me walk in sweaty and tired ( mid run on a 90 degree day) grabbing a Gatorade and water and immediately made eye contact and said she could help me so I didn’t have to stand in lane with the lunch goers. She was pleasant, efficient and I was so happy for the understanding and fast service!“

The wait staff was really attentive and even went the extra mile to help us get something to clean a dry erase activity book for our toddler. “The bagels are made fresh daily. They sell day old bagels for a discounted price. The eggs are not microwaved, and the meat for the sandwiches are not microwaved either. Everything is made on a short order grill. I drive 30 mins out of my way to have someone ride do it right. I have not found a place within Worcester County that does it this good.

“I work construction right down the street and around the corner and needed a quick eat to bite. I saw this place on maps and went to check it out. There was no one inside but the two ladies working in the kitchen behind the counter. One of them asked me what can she get for me and made me an egg sandwich right there. “Pammy’s Place catered the baby shower we had (we picked up the food). There are not enough positive adjectives to describe what a truly FANTASTIC job they did!! We had a waffle station (with lots of toppings), scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins and bagels (with cream cheese). I also had their salad with ranch and crispy chicken. We did have a few trays that we wanted to use and they had some. Everything looked and tasted wonderful. Plus the service….again not enough words ❤️❤️❤️“

Since we started getting sandwiches from the cafe everything has always been delicious! High quality ingredients, and always super tasty! However, the last few months several of our orders have been made incorrectly and today one of our sandwiches came with a rubber band melted into the sandwich... While the ingredients continue to be extremely high quality, the service creation and delivery has declined drastically.

If you like donut shop coffee (medium blend Arabic with cream and sugar), I would think you will like the coffee here at least as much as dunks.“

Manager offered to refund my money and I said no. Not a big deal. 10 minutes later the manger was at my work dropping off coupon cards for me! What incredible service! Two weeks ago I was here and the girl that was at the register left the register because she was under pressure because supposedly I ordered too many things! She walked away crying if you can’t handle the pressure don’t work somewhere! I asked if you was upset with me I ordered you pick 2 cream of broccoli soup one turkey bravo half of sandwich a cup of iced coffee and some chicken for my dog one orange scone! So what’s the problem! I don’t know today when I went back to Panera bread the girl with the yellow nails was so nice to me, she is a great worker, but come to find out, the nice Brazilian girl in the kitchen said you complains last time and you made the girl cry I said how did I complain I never complained! Maybe she was just having a bad day but not because of me! I felt kind of off guard when I went to pick up my food, So again if you can’t handle the pressure don’t work at Panera bread! It’s my money and I spend it where I want to spend it I work hard for it so Customer is always right I wasn’t rude I was always pleasant every time I come here or anywhere I go me and my service dog! I like an apology from Panera bread this is a palling very disturbing! If I ask for something extra I pay extra for it bottom line the customers always right, if you want them to return! Treat them well, & leave your problems at home don’t bring them to work with you blaming others that your upset with them when in fact it’s something else that’s going on in your life! I did not treat her badly at all! For the record the rest of the staff is very nice, but when the girl started crying of course I felt very bad for her I thought someone died in her family or something no one told me that she was upset with me! Course I feel still feel bad for the poor girl maybe somethings happening in her life that she took it out on me on the customer don’t bring your problems to work! I hope that the manager talks to the girl to comfort her what ever she is upset with! But I know it was not me!“
