They have several clearly marked vegan items in the bakery section in the back of the store and also in the case by the registers. They seemed to carry a lot of vegan-friendly items and brands as well, and I saw that they carry their own line of homemade vegan fresh pasta (we didn't try it, but it looked great).“

“Thank you to lovely person at the register who helped my friend and I when the wifi refused to load the Starbucks app. I was so moved when you came out and just handed us the drinks, it wasn’t necessary at all, but nevertheless, you cared enough to make our day.
My only downside to this location is the wifi and cell service is abysmal, but other than that, the staff is absolutely wonderful and I appreciate their kindness.“

“I pass by this place 4x a week as I go to work to pittsfield. I order the same and the people that works there they do remember and they great you. There is few coworkers there that makes my day super special The it's one of them. He is always in a good mood and it's so respectful. I hope he always is there to great me, what a nice person and a great customer service. The coffee it's always made the right way for me, and the multigram bagel are always fresh and not toast burned. They put a good amount of (strawberry) cream cheese. Of all Dunkin that I pass by I do stop in this specific one. I know I will have what I did asked and not a hard old bagel or tasteless last part of an ice old coffee.Thanks for your service.I recommend this place if you don't want to have headaches in your am.Thumbs up ?????“
