“Wow. That’s the word that comes to mind when I think of my recent experience at Burger King on Pittsfield Road. On the way home from shopping at Stop & Shop in Lenox, my son asked for food from Burger King. I can’t remember the last time I have been there. I almost said no but I am so thankful I did not. It’s a hard one to explain, since I have been to so many fast food drive-throughs in my life. Tonight was so very different. The first person I interacted with had a sense of humor (Surprising, especially since the drive-through line was so long.) But the best part was a female in the background (helping with orders) echoing his humor. I don’t remember the exact words exchanged, but as I was waiting, felt like I was being treated to a comedy show. The two of them sounded like they were having so much fun! When I arrived at the window to pick up my order they handed it to me with a smile. I’m writing this because, in today’s world, what I experienced tonight is rare. I am quite sure these employees do not make a living wage. And yet, they show up at Burger King WITH a sense of humor! Thank you to all of you who show up with a smile. ✨“

“We are staying at Vacation Village In The Berkshires and ordered dinner for delivery. Checked reviews and saw a bad one. No idea what their personal issue is, as that is all it must be. I ordered boneless wings, garlic bread w/ cheese, mozzarella sticks and an order of fries. You need to call and order, as the online service says it is too far! They got the food here in exactly the time they said, and the food was still hot/warm. It is 11mi away and 17-20min drive! That is pretty darn good!
I will definitely order from them again.“
