“Wow. That’s the word that comes to mind when I think of my recent experience at Burger King on Pittsfield Road. On the way home from shopping at Stop & Shop in Lenox, my son asked for food from Burger King. I can’t remember the last time I have been there. I almost said no but I am so thankful I did not. It’s a hard one to explain, since I have been to so many fast food drive-throughs in my life. Tonight was so very different. The first person I interacted with had a sense of humor (Surprising, especially since the drive-through line was so long.) But the best part was a female in the background (helping with orders) echoing his humor. I don’t remember the exact words exchanged, but as I was waiting, felt like I was being treated to a comedy show. The two of them sounded like they were having so much fun! When I arrived at the window to pick up my order they handed it to me with a smile. I’m writing this because, in today’s world, what I experienced tonight is rare. I am quite sure these employees do not make a living wage. And yet, they show up at Burger King WITH a sense of humor! Thank you to all of you who show up with a smile. ✨“

“Papa John's has always been my favorite pizza place, but I had not had one in over a year. Since I moved last year, I am not close to one of their locations. This one is a bit of a drive from my residence, but totally worth it! The staff were very nice, my order was ready on time, and the pizza was delicious!“

“Our resort recommended Ginos. We drove out. Very small place. No air conditioning. Only 3 tables to sit at. We ordered the House Special pizza. It was absolutely hands down one of the best pizzas I have ever had! Perfectly crispy crust. So many toppings they fall off when you take your slice. We will definitely be back! “My husband and I Drive the mass pike at least twice a month. McDonald’s is our go to. We have been to this McDonald’s 3 times and it is by far the best McDonald’s we have gone to. The employees are kind And helpful .the food is consistently good and fresh hot fries!“

“I tend to go here pretty frequently and it's par for the course as far as Subway goes. Like any other fast food restaurant, you're not going to Subway for noteworthy dining experience. You go for consistent food and quick turnaround, both of which this location delivers on. The staff are cordial, but they're not to butter you up.“
