Came back and he remembered my order precisely… right down to the exact Martini!!! This guy is the real deal and the food is stellar! “Eat is easily my favorite restaurant to dine! If you’re looking for great quality food at a reasonable price with a plethora of daily specials to keep it fun, this is definitely your place to go! Whenever I have the chance to have lunch with someone new, it is my go-to place. The menu is super inclusive whether you are vegan, vegetarian, or an omnivore. 10/10 EVERY TIME. I appreciate their professionalism and thoughtfulness, as well!“

“We had our wedding reception at Shortstop's banquet room this past weekend. The food was incredible and Monica and her staff were the best. I had many guests come to me complimenting the food, staff and owner/chef Monica. It was a day I'll remember even more so thanks to this great venue. I highly recommend Shortstop for any special event.“

“I’ve driven by this place for years and never realized it was here. Stopped in after a long day of work, absolutely starving. The staff were all super friendly—Casey, in particular, was incredibly kind to us, especially my daughter. The food was fantastic. The fish and chips really hit the spot, and both the Brussels sprouts and wings were top-notch. The full bar looked great, too. I’ll definitely have to come back during some “adult time” to check it out properly. It’s always tough to find a well-made Old Fashioned—guess we’ll see!“

“We ended up here due to our intended restaurant being closed. It was the BEST mistake ever. The food was amazing! Everything came out hot and fresh. Julie (the owner) answered all our questions about the restaurant, shared her and her husband's story and it truly felt like we were dining with family. We had the brussel sprouts, mac n cheese, potatoes, yams and garlic chicken. And then Julie brought us churros for Cinco de Mayo! It was hard to pick just one meal off this menu. I wish my conference was longer so I had another night to come back and try more. Don't miss out on a great meal if you are in town.NOTE: BYOB so grab your favorite bottle of wine or liquor to enjoy.“
“My husband and I were on interstate 91 and we needed an EV charger. Found marcotte ford. We were there at 11:15 for lunch. My wife ordered a classic cheeseburger and I ordered a tuna melt. Both were amazing. We did go in with low expectations, thinking it was a cafe Inside a ford dealership, it couldn't be that good, boy were we wrong. Chef Tim and chaye take their jobs seriously and it shows. I would highly recommend whether you live in the area and are looking for a great lunch stop or, like us you're traveling looking for an EV charger, this is now our new stop in western massachusetts. “Everything was perfect. Cocktails, apps, entrees, as well as service. I am pretty critical when it comes to dining out, especially visiting a lot of local restaurants and comparing…I got the short rib, with mashed potatoes and carrots. Wouldn’t change a thing. So impressed with the meeting house, will be back!!“
