“Nothing fancy, just delicious Latin American comfort food. I had arroz con pollo. Never mind I'm Polish, it felt like my grandma cooked for me. My companion had one of regional plates. We both left with enough for lunch tomorrow. I can hardly wait.“

“Typical bodega, English is limited but the staff is very nice. If you can't speak Spanish- you can point to what you want and tell them the size. You can look at the menu and combo plates to have an idea what you want to order before you get in line. There's usually a lunch and dinner rush. Street parking is very limited. The food is delicious and the portions are very generous. We've also got catering from here before when we have family over. Our usually go to is fried chicken, yellow price and beans, carne guisada (beef stew) , pollo guisada (chicken stew) chicharron (fried pork belly) , fried plantains, assorted empanadas and habichuelas guisada (stewed beans). The best beans in town! This is actually a bodega/grocery store where there's also Hispanic groceries and specialty products available for purchase. Great hole in the wall establishment! Support local business.“

“Excellent food! Friendly staff and owners! Free parking lot, and handicap spaces too! What a great place. Inside a historical building with a museum, and old textile wheel. Plenty of space and seating with high ceilings. The food is authentic latin food made with care and love. We had burritos, tacos, queso dip with homemade chorizo and amazing tres leches! Everything was well seasoned and tasty. Sauces were great. Just a nice experience. We came into Lowell to see Riverdance at the Lowell Memorial Auditorium, and this place was right down the road and within walking distance. So glad we found this place! Highly recommend!“
